Good morning all,
I hope you don't mind me joining in,:) I usually just read what everyone is doing and pick up tips to help me along the way, well I joined WW last Wednesday so my WI is tomorrow, for my first week I think I have done okay (fingers crossed). I pay monthly and I find the website fabulous in finding points for certain foods, I tend to make all our meals from scratch as I am on a budget plus I enjoy cooking:D.

Good luck tomorrow Boo, let's know how you get on. I'm going back to the meeting tomorrow after putting back on the weight I'd lost with them. Don't really feel like counting points again, but needs must. I feel like going out and getting some chocolate etc. knowing from tomorrow it's all going to be different. Caught a glimpse of myself today in a shop window, if I keep thinking of that it might help to keep me on track.0

:T WI yesterday LOST 3lb in last 2 weeks. Also got my first award Silver7 (half a stone) and have 1/2 lb to get my 5% wooh~hoo!
Still a long way to go yet of course but I am not concentrating on the end weight (dont even know what I should idealy be) am just challenging myself to lose the lb's and half stones. Its a marvelous feeling each Monday evening to come out of meeting with a huge smile and tell hubby how I acheived another good week (he waits anxiouslly in the car for me for the hour I am in meeting).
Well done everybody and keep up the good work :j we are all amazing!Failure is only someone elses judgement.
Without change there would be no butterflies.
If its important to you, you'll find a way - if not, you'll find an excuse ! ~ Easy to say when you take money out of the equation!

Congrats on the silver 7, its such a great feeling getting the first, especially as you know there are more silver 7's and losses to come..
Even when I get to gold I will still have over 10lbs to lose to get to where I used to be before I gained all the weight. Always best to go for small manageable targets. Keep up the good workMatthew, Izzy, Suzie, Harry, Darwin. My husband my cats, the main things that matter in my life...0 -
Hi
just popping in. I haven't been following the plan for a few weeks because my mother was ill and has since passed away, so its not been top of my list.
You'd think that hardly eating would mean you lost weight, but most of what I've eaten in the last 3 weeks has been carbs - chip butties, toast and chocolate.
But my weight has stayed the same, will get back on track next week.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Put 2lb on this week! Totally deserved as I went wrong in the first day or two, so just thought stuff it, and wrecked the rest of the week too! If it was there I ate it... So back on task this week!0
