WI today have lost 2lbs
Very happy as that takes me over my 1st stone mark and meets my 5% so I gained two stars today....... So after my 2 months I've lost a stone. Baby steps
Light Bulb Moment - 11th Nov 2004 - Debt Free Day - 25th Mar 2011 :j0 -
Whoohoo!
First WI was this morning, have lost 7lb!
I know thats alot in a week, and I dont expect to lose that much so fast again, (not healthy) just thinking its fast to start with then slows down? Might also be swayed by weighing in the mornings when original weight was taken evening, but doesnt vary by that much i'm sure!
Am so chuffed with myselfI would have been pleased with 2lb!
Well done on your losses everyone, good luck for next week!0 -

It's fine now all the temptation has disappeared. I just can't resist when there's open boxes of chocolates, or cooked breakfasts, or delicious puddings on offer! Now I'm cooking for myself again and have a new aim in sight all should be well...
Think 12 something might be a bit big an aim by Nov 26th, as was only losing a lb or so each week before this, so I'll settle for 13.3 by then which will mean I will have lost 2 1/2 stone. Hopefully people will notice that!0 -
Back from WI - lost 2 1/2 so that's the 5% mark and only 1 more pound until I've lost my first stone. Have set new goal at 10% so that will be another 1/2 stone gone!
I start a new job on Monday, and have a new suit in a size smaller; staying in hotels I'll have to be really conscious of what I'm doing or I'll start gaining again.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Having done a lot of business travel, I can recommend just heading to the local supermarket and putting together a buffet dinner for yourself. You can then have fruit and soforth more easily than if you eat in the restaurant (where everything is oh so tasty but oh so naughty!)0 -

well just had a long chat with my daughter and we have decided tomorrow is the day,
I have checked the time and place and we will be there for my first class.
I have tried weight watchers before but gave up very quickly as i couldnt get my head around it, my daughter on the other hand has her 10 % keyring at a class in a different area, she has been living away and just moved back to our home town with her family, and has promised to help me get started.
Fingers crossed i will get the hang of it this time
I need to lose about 5 stone, but dd says i must only set a small goal or i will be disheartened, so fingers crossed with her help I will get there this time. I have updated my sig already and will be able towatch the weight slip away ( hopefully) .0
