Yeah... this was mostly because I missed WI day and was away at the weekend so wanted to see the bad news... but it was largely good news! Hopefully another lb or so will have come off by Tuesday though. But who knows, I could have re-gained and you'll be right!0 -

My WI today proves my point!!! Yesterday (couldn't help myself) weighed 9st 2.25 lbs today my actual day I've lost a lb off of last weeks wi and am now 9st 1.5lbs :j if I'm super good this week & get my backside into gear I may go into a new stone bracket :TDF as at 30/12/16
