Weight Watchers 2011 support thread

Need some advice. I have a Wii console (well it's my son's) and want to buy a Wii fit as I know someone who lost a lot of weight using it. I have seen on Amazon a package which I think is the Wii Fit game and the Balancing Board. It is £65 and I have a £15 voucher. However it looks like you can buy the game and the board seperately for less - but is this the right board. Also the package is the Wii fit Plus. Is this better.

There is now only one in stock and the price has jumped to £80. Can't believe this? Maybe I am not supposed to get one !!!!

I believe i read somewhere that Wii fit plus has the addition of a calorie counter (which is my main motivational tool when using it!) and a few other helpful bits not included in the original wii fit game, though i could have drempt it, so possibly worth a bit more research. I would have said it the price difference is small, go with Wii Fit Plus.
You can currently buy the Wii balance board and the Wii Fit plus game at argos for £90, so only a small diference to the increased price for a new board so might be worth it as you can take it back if it were to go wrong...
I've just bought The Greatest Loser Challenge game for wii, which also uses the balance board, and whilst the perky american acents get on my nerves, it does seem to give a beter all round workout (oooh my aching biceps!), a good one to supliment wii fit perhaps.

Oops! 6lb on:rotfl: in 4 weeks. Mind you, I did go wearing my jeans, and after stuffing my face all day. Back on the straight and narrow tomorrow...

Week 6 and a STS for me this week total of 8lb's - not too worried as I lost 2lb last week due to a sickness bug

Finally back home and don't really know whether to weigh after not really paying too much attention beyond the first two days- or whether to just wait it out until Tuesday and hope a loss miraculously appears? Also it's the wrong time of day if I do jump on the scales. But not sure I can keep off them?

I had a sneaky weigh this morning and have not quite lost a full lb- but haven't gained either!

EDIT: actually I might take it as a full lb due to decimal points...
