Can I share my cheery news? Despite the fact I've only been doing this 3 weeks and have lost 5lbs one pair of trousers are too big!! It seems to have all come from my middle and they were so baggy my hubby was threatening to give them a yank to prove they are no longer wearable. They will be binned tonight :)

All you get is access to the internet based esource and forums - but all the info is on there (I have all the books & calculators) but find the internet easier as I don't have time to write everything down!
I thought £29 for 3mths is good value and if I'm paying hopefully I will stick to it better than doing it myself.
Good luck - how much do you want to loose?

Maya - I'm sure you can do it - loosing weight slowly is the way to do it and WW is a healthy choice lifestyle not a crash diet - just think this time next year you will be nearly at goal :) Good luck!
When I started WW I was 12.5st (size 18) and got to 9.5st (size 10) but have settled at getting to 9st 13lb and I am currently 11st 1lb

What this means though is I feel compelled to eat in celebration! Already eaten a Maxibon (8pp but soooooo worth it, om nom nom). Ah well, I have my weeklies I guess!

    Glückwünsche Namakemono :)

Had a WI yesterday but stayed the same. Not sure if that's good though, as not a gain, but would have liked a loss. Still have my cold, so haven't been going to the gym and am starting to get a bit stir-crazy! Can't wait to get back in the pool!
    Good luck all!

4lb loss for me this week taking me to 13.5lbs! yay!!! I nearly fainted with shock as I broke through to the next stone bracket and I havent seen this stone bracket in a VERY long time haha Got to change meetings next week due to work shifts so not going to aim too high, would just like to reach the one stone loss :D. Only 5.5lbs to my 10% too! That will be my next target after a stone!

I've hit my first difficult day, nearly 3 weeks in...

At work I seemed to deal with every nutter in town and in a moment of stress I had 2 Bailey's Profiteroles that were on the table.

Now I'm at home, have no daily points left, I only have 10 weeklies left for today and tomorrow, and everyone here is eating Strawberry and White Choc Muffins - 13 PP each!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do I sulk or cave in :-(
