When you're in the tracker (where you input your food) click settings at the top and you can then amend it so that you can swap activity points for food before you use your weeklies.

Weigh in day for me.... week 3 on my three months free for WW/Quidco... 1lb off. Good job I didn't have that strawberry and chocolate muffin! That's 5lb off in 3 weeks.

I have, however eaten some lemon meringue cake that my mum kindly bought from a lovely shop near us called Slatterys (you should look it up, it's to die for!!). I kind of purposefully put my weigh in on a Saturday, as I find the weekend the hardest... it's easier in the week to eat less as I'm at work!

Well done to all losses this week!! wouldn't it be interesting if we added up all our losses... it would come to tonnes surely!!!

Hmm...according to the tracker my lunch today was 21 points

That's three chunks of tiger bread, two slices of ham, a slice of chicken, some kettle chips, salad and a couple of salad potatoes. It's scary how quickly it all adds up :(

I still have 3 points left for dinner :rotfl: so I think I'll be using some weeklies tonight.

I felt I had to eat it as my friend had bought loads of food for us visiting and she tried to keep it healthy - it's just that I now know what's healthy and what's WW healthy if you see what I mean. I ate less than I would have two months ago, so I'm happy with that. I'm going to go out for a walk soon to earn some activity points to make up for the scoffing though ;)

    Hi Maya
You really shouldn't do both but if you were to go to a meeting it would be £14.99 unless you have a VOUCHER which will then cost you £6.99.

Well that's week 10 of my 3 free months done, I lost 2 lb this week, so have now lost 23 lbs. :D

I've not lost another daily point, so I'm down to 33 a day.

I ate all but 3 of my weekly points last week, but did not earn any activity points this week.

It's T in the Park next Saturday and Sunday, that's going to be a real challenge trying to save up ALL my weeklies then find a way to eat healthily enough to leave some room for alcohol points over the two days ( I'll only be drinking on one of the days)

Well done on all the losses, and a wee naughty naughty shake of the head for dedicated new MS - it's only half a pound, could be water weight, not the end of the world, just need to keep to the plan and it comes off eventually.

    Xmas Saver!
My weigh in today, another 1lb down. Should be happy as had a weekend binge on cake and fish and chips, used nearly all my weeklies on Saturday alone

Trying to be good this week, everytime I think I'm feeling slimmer I try on something and it still doesn't fit. So more stir frys and less cake this week!
:j Is MSE saving me money, or making me spend more on all the bargains?!:j
