Can someone explain activity points to me please? As I'm not a member of online or groups or anything I've no idea what I can take activity points for. I presume there's a level of daily activity you have to hit before earning them?

It's not like I'm doing masses of exercise, but I'm presuming I've let a few go to waste in the past!
You can earn them depending on what exercise you do and how long you do it for, then if it's low/moderate/medium intensity. I only earn activity points for walking at the moment. I bought the WW pedometer when it was on offer and I programme my weight into it each week, then it tells me how many steps I have to take before I earn points. It also calculates how many points I earn each day. I love it :D

    Forgot to add...

I don't eat my activity points because I figure that they help me to lose weight anyway. If you're not counting any then any exercise you're doing will help you to lose a little more weight I would think.

wow I've read nearly all the posts... I am more motivated than I was an hour or so ago! cheers :T

one question... what would be a reasonable fat percentage?

ok two questions... what's the absolute best use of propoints? so far I am loving the bars they sell which are 2 each... but in my head I can have 20 of them a day (at 2 each and being allowed 41 points).

alright third question - do I get life time membership for free if I get to target?

    Hi there

I havent posted before but I am a WW member and go to meetings. In answer to your question once you hit goal you dont pay any more but you need to stay within 5lbs of your goal weight if you dont then you pay.

I am about 19 llbs from goals so a way to go yet.

I too have read through the posts and they are great and the added support everyone gives is fab.

Good look with your journey. :D

Thanks for the AP info flying_fresian :) So with the amount of moving I do it's probably best to avoid thinking about them altogether (plus the price of pedometers on ebay is frightening me a little!)

    Hi everyone!

Got a question about lager if anyone can help!

Ive read that low alcohol lager is 2 pro points per pint, but whats classed as low alcohol? I picked up a couple of cans earlier which were 3.5%, which seems pretty low for lager, but is that low enough? (Not named, just morrisons brand lager)

Going to be a difficult weekend. Staying with friends who have planned a takeaway for tonight, then need to buy something out for lunch tomorrow as visiting a university then back to friends who have planned a barbecue. Then home on Sunday, via my niece's 4th birthday family buffet!:rotfl:
