Don't feel like you're denying yourself though or you'll have no fun! Maybe you could eat 0PP food during the day like fruit or 0PP soup then have a little more for dinner? Earn some activity points to offset the damage?

I only meant to have pizza when we went out the other week (Pizza Express) but I caved and had doughballs too and did loads of walking the next day. I still had a loss last week, although only half a pound :o

1lb loss again this week. Did well, but had to spend most of Fri and Sat guessing points as I was out and about so I think that was probaby a fair loss. 3.5lbs to go to my 10% and 4 weeks to my holidays.... the race is on!:rotfl:

  • Hi Everyone,

I could really do with some help, i have totally lost control of my weight and its really getting to me

This is my back story -

I joined the "old" WW about 6 years ago and lost about 18 pounds and i found it quite easy and actually didnt have a problem with doing it. I was 11 stone 10 pounds when i started and i left at 10 stone 6 pounds which i was happy at.

About 18 months ago i got down to 9 stone 4 pounds due to stress and not really eating much and i felt for my height of 5 foot 3 and my frame that suited me, i kept my figure and it looked healthy. This is roughly what i would like to get back to.

I'm now 26 and ive nearly reached my original weight of 11 stone odd  I've totally lost control of my eating habits due to work being at odd hours and various other complications. I have quite a few take aways and cant stop snacking on naughty stuff and i constantly feel the need to eat rubbish. I just dont know how to get back on track? I tried the new pro points system a few months ago but i found it really difficult this time and i couldnt stick to it, in fact it made me crave the things i couldnt have more and my will power is rubbish so i just couldnt stick to it.

I still have all the books etc i bought so im thinking of giving it another go. I cant really go to the weigh in due to working but i can weigh myself at home each week.

Can anyone give me any tips or advice? I'd be really grateful!:)

    Thanks,
    Nicole

  • Ok I've done it - rejoined online as it was £29.85 for 3mths (and £30 cashback with Quidco- if I've done it right!!) and if I go to class it will cost £20 a month on monthly pass. I have 16lb's to loose which I hope to do in the 3mths before I have to pay £10.95 a month.
Be good to talk to you all x

Hi Nicole, nice to meet you! & sorry you're not feeling great at the moment. I don't know what to suggest? I guess you can either follow the old plan but I guess most people on here won't be able to offer advice although we can offer general moral support. You can also join the WW community boards & get support from others doing the old plan? Or join and try to the new pp again? You might just not have been in the right place last time you tried? Good luck with whatever you try, I'm sure once you get in the zone you will start to get back into control x
