After following the Slimming World plan for a while and losing quite a bit of weight - getting board with it - putting some back on - ....

I have decided to join my local WW class but after trying all weekend I cant get onto the website! was going to subscribe to the monthly pass so I could get started straight away too! Does anyone know how you can find out your points please - I need to strike whilst the iron is hot, just found out my pro points calculator but have no idea how many points I can have! Arrrggghhh!

Does anyone know the points for the M&S count on us thick and fruity spiced rubard yoghurt please! Thank you MM xx

Well that's week 9 of my 3 free months done, I lost 3 lb this week, so have now lost 21 lbs...:j

I ate ALL of my weekly points and 7 out of 7 of my activity points too. Well pleased with my result this week.

Got a dinner out with drinks this Friday so going to save up my weeklies for that.[/QUOTE]

I had a very bad ww weekend :( gave up counting sat when my mam decided to have a huge family bbq with loads of high fat food and alcohol everywhere.
I only had 3 drinks and ate atleast half the amount of food that i would have before starting ww.
I ate 2 ham rolls, salad, fruit and yoghurt all day yesterday to try and get back on track. but i expect i used all my weeklies on saturday night.
I was due to weigh this morning but as i'm down my mothers and cant get to my scales i'm leaving it till next week and hoping i'll find some willpower to get back on track.

Maya1989, maybe it wasn't as bad as you thought? If you had all/most of your weeklies left as well as whatever you had left from your Saturday dailies, it might work out ok.

I had a bit of a splurge too. I think (well, hope) it was just within my weeklies though. We shall see tomorrow... eek!

maya1989, it's best to try to count up just what you had - as it may be less than you think. You need to eat all your dailies whether you splurged the previous day or not. It's not too late to get it back with activity points if you track what you remember.

No one is perfect, we all learn lessons along the way.;)

    Xmas Saver!
Just thought I'd update as its my weigh in day. Lost another 2lbs and met my 5% target, so now aiming for 10%!

Pretty pleased especially as I ate all my weekly points over Saturday and Sunday!

    :j
:j Is MSE saving me money, or making me spend more on all the bargains?!:j

i'm back on track today :)
mango, apple and yoghurt for breakfast, 0point soup and 2 rolls for lunch and WW pasta sauce with 50grams of pasta and loads of veg for dinner.
i found loads of WW products in poundland so stocked up on cookies and crisps :)
my fianc! has said that he will do the diet with me but has no drive and doesn't even try to count his points :(
i just hope i can do it alone because i'm easily tempted to slip back to my bad eating habits
