Am ploughing through my 2nd NSD this week :) I am avoiding "nipping" into the supermarkets as this is my downfall, my habit that i need to kick :) I literally spend for the sake of it, so my on line shopping has arrived, my meal planner is arranged and i am working overtime tonight so i can sleep tomorrow and continue to have NSDs :)

  • I need to get back on track as it has been a couple of weeks since i last wrote my diary :o The rain is relentless, so not walking the dog yet so will catch up here.

Had a nice shock, checked my £2 a day saving balance (am putting £14 a week into a savings account to use for Christmas ) the balance is now £182, i have missed a few weeks so it would be more but am pleased with that so far as i do not notice £2 a day.

Yesterday i intended to have my eyebrows threaded but decided to pluck them myself for free, not as groomed but £5 saved.

Mondays are now going to be £10 payment days towards the CC, i have 0 % but have a huge balance on it. I always pay the minimum payment but can afford £10 a week towards the debt.

As soon as i have a free Sunday i intend to do a car boot as have a mass of DC clothes to get rid of, i used to fill the charity bags but have deciced to try and make some cash out of it.

Am trying to empty the freezer, discovered some lamb steaks, so that will be tea sorted, with roast pots and mint gravy :)

  • The morning has gone by in a flash, ferrying the DC to their various activities/clubs. Have the 3rd load in the washing machine & tumble dryer on again due to the heavy rain.

According to my friend, pork joints are on offer ay Sainsbos, so will pop in later as need to get tomorrows dinner in, will use a basket so i cannot fill it with "offers" that i cannot carry.:)

Pay day on Monday :D £10 off the OD, £10 off the CC, £14 towards Christmas.

Do wish the weather would cheer up, it so grey and miserable, 8 degrees today !!!! Had to unpack a wooly cardigan from the vacum pack bags i store my winter clothes in !

Still no sign of spring :( but at least have not had to buy any new clothes :) as living in jeans & jumpers !

Payed my Union fees yesterday and 2 club payments for the DC, direct debit payed for CC. So payments are up to date.

Worked an extra shift this week and that will go as an extra payment to the CC next month, that is a good feeling.

Today i need to catch up on the housework, the kitchen floor is covered in muddy dog paw prints so needs sorting fast, i do enjoy mopping though, as love the fresh gleam !

Have had to use the CCs alot recently :o , have not been able to cope with my salary alone, however i do intend to work some overtime & use that money as payments to the CCs.

Worked last night, so todays tea is a simple one of Bangers & Mash, will make a Banofee Pie as the Bananas are looking a little on the brown side.

Need to walk the dog before the school run, so best go now.....
