Thanks Abba, i have made a start on my £2 a day challenge, if we stick at it we will be sorted for Christmas 2012, wish i had done it this time last year
Bought a cheap cut of Brisket so that is in the slow cooker with carrots, onions & potatoes. I leave it to cook all day in gravy & red wine so the meat falls apart and it tastes lush.
Today should be a LSD as have nothing planned, just need to catch up with my Emails.05/03/14 £15,980 0n 2 CCs

My target was March 2013 but next Christmas sounded so fab. I am going to do it, this year has flown by, so this time next year i can be so so close to being debt free........

Happy new year to all debt free wanabees. Have not wrote my diary for weeks now but i am still here, still chipping at the dreaded debt , i cleared a bit in 2011, however i also accumulated debt. Have therefore set myself a challenge- to be debt free by December 2012
. I am determined to acheive this challenge, my only problem is i do not have a clue yet on how i am going to manage it..........
Will find the time really soon to look at what i owe & update my signature.05/03/14 £15,980 0n 2 CCs

Hi MC
Just read your diary, nice to see your progress..you are doing well just keeping on keeping on you know. As others have said the is always some ups and downs.
I am back on the forums again and may even start a diary as I so firmly need a kick up the backside about starting to accumulate debt again. It's nuts. Plain rubbish. I supposedly had my LBM moment when reading a book called Your Money or your Life..an amazing book published years ago in America. That was in 2003... Jeez. Writing that 'in public' to you makes me feel carp. So anyway am with you on the £2 a day challenge.
Off to sort my sig too. Dare I? It's too scary I am sure.
Best wishes!! :-) and thanks for listening to the rant!
