  • Mummy i have a miele and also do that, have even be known to cut the bottom off, empty bag and restaple, won't hold for more than a couple of hoovers, but it helps.
  • HI yes I do have a diary, its more of a "no need to lock her up" rant at myself and occasional pat on back! Id love some chickens, my little lad adores them, and his childminder has some. Have recorded the happy egg company commercial and put it on to calm him if he has a paddy. (hes 13 months). Have just fired up the computer to have a little rant in my dairy! Hope the kids arent bickering too much today for you (my DD2 had a rant at the cat as she was on her own this morning!)

Bank statement arrived today  my OD is now £1950  and i am paying on average £18 to £20 a month in fees for this OD

So, have been reading Martins tips about balance transfers and am considering applying for a Virgin CC as it has 0 % balance transfer for 18 months :)

I transferred my Mint CC to a Barclaycard 0 % a few months ago but they would not allow me to do a balance transfer- Maybe Virgin will....

  • Anythings worth a try, just to save a bit towards the overdraft eh? I'd try for a 0% balance transfer card but my credit ratings subhuman... did you feel better for your sofa day?

Yes Skint, felt great having a lazy day, working tonight so caught up on chores today as will need to sleep tomorrow.

Applied on line for a Virgin CC and was accepted, will read thoroughly all the paperwork when it arrives and if it is 0% on a balance transfer will try to put my OD onto that. I honestly cannot remember the last time i had a bank account in credit !! But the OD charges each month are so annoying.

Have to buy 3 school uniforms soon, the DC have to have their school logos on the shirts/ jumpers/ cardigans so that works out expensive. Be much better if i could buy them from supermarkets as they usually do some good deals.

DC all in from school, chilling on sofa watching cr*p on the TV ! I let them unwind for an hour after school then nag them to do any homework or read school books.

Have a sausage caserole in the slow cooker, no idea what it will taste like, threw it in this morning so i would not have to cook later.
