Happy mothers day to all the mummys out there :j

Had a lovely fry up for breakfast that DH made, homemade cards from the DC and DH is cooking a roast dinner!!!

Pottering around the garden, lots of colour at the moment with the spring bulbs sprouting everywhere. Hope you all having a nice afternoon.

Not alot going on today, my OD continues to grow, am saving £25 a week & banking it when i reach the £100 mark but do still dip into it.

Am still using the car as little as possible, even dusted off my bike yesterday, but not such a good idea as it has been sooo gusty, nearly got swept away.

Did nip into TK MAX as was intrigued by the 80% off, was more like a jumble sale, but in the past would have been tempted to buy something, today i proudly walked out empty handed. :)

  • Had a bit of a spend day as DC spent the day at the country park and i was too disorganised this morning to pack food, so a trip to the cafe was almost £20, then ice creams later, then popped into Tesco for loo rolls and spent £32!!!!

Did treat myself to a bottle of red, so intend to have a nice soak in the bath, paint my nails and relax with my glass of wine

  • Ooooooowwwwww enjoy the red, i managed to do a big shop today and never bought any alcohol really regretting it now DD has been a little madam this afternoon and i feel like a long soak with a glass of vino, might have to send hubby out for a bottle.
  • Have been working over the Easter bank hols :( But, need the extra pay, so come the end of May will get a bit more in the pay packet :) , i am working tonight but have Sun & Mon off, so not too bad.

My OD is getting bigger by the day, April has been an expensive month, lots of relatives birthdays and the dog was due his booster jabs/wormers. I do not budget for these so need to get organised. Will try and do an extra shift but it is hard with DH working away and trying to arrange overnight childcare for the DC. Life is a juggling act at times!!

It has been about 2 weeks since i wrote, my debt is getting me down. My OD is £2,000 (the limit ) I have not been able to save £25 a week to pay it off.
I took all the tape off my sealed jar as i had been putting in £2 coins & 20ps, i needed diesel so had to use £15 of the savings. Gave up on my spending diary weeks ago as i do not think it helped me but it must as at least then i can see where the money is going.

Have kept up on repaying my aunty as i will never let her down, she helped me so much and i am determined to keep up to date on her repayments.

Just feel so tired, i went back to bed after the school run, could not face to do endless housework and chores, not even walk the dog, i have been so snappy to DH and the DC and really resent DH working away.

Sorry for sounding so miserable, will now go on a walk through the woods, exercise the dog and try to clear my muddeled head.
