Hope you have all enjoyed the sunshine  We fired up the BBQ today and spent the afternoon in the garden, the chooks loved it, had a dust bath in my bedding plants.

Been a LS weekend, hope to have a LS week as back to work tomorrow night and never spend alot at work and because i sleep the next day i am not tempted to nip to the shops to spend money i have not got :)

Still need to work out how much money i need to transfer to the virgin 0 % CC. I know my OD is almost £2,000 and Next Directory aprox £450 and then i need money for DC clothes, school uniforms etc. I need to make sure it is a manageable amount i transfer as intend to pay it off at £130 a month....... I think !!!! Really need to make sure i can cover the re-payments.

  • i needed cereals but not sure whether the kids would notice a taste in the different brand,

We don't have an Aldi but we have a Lidl. My kids love special k summer fruits but it does nothing for my budget. I grabbed a box of 'special flakes with red fruit' from lidl the other week.

This week when I made the usual enquiry to what cereal was desired I was pleasantly surprised to be told to get some of that stuff from Lidl's :D

I am absolutely shattered, had 2 busy night shifts and said i would do an extra shift tomorrow night :( I really do not want to but need that extra cash.

Bolognaise for tea (made a few weeks ago and froze) so at least no cooking, so early showers for the DC, soak in bath for me and early nights for all !

Hi, My sleep pattern has been all over the place this week, i have only been doing one extra shift a week!! It seems like alot more as i am always tired.

Today i have a headache that i cannot clear, i have taken pills twice but still feel cr*p.

Sorry for the moaning, i know the extra wage will be helpful but not sure i can do this often as a reduction in the OD is not as important as my wellbeing . :)

Thank you for your thoughts, the headache has gone, working night shifts is alot like jet lag, i do manage to cope well with my 2 nights together but because recently i have done an extra night my sleep has been messed up a bit... hence the bad head, but all well today.

DC helped me to plant lots of bedding plants that my lovely aunt gave me, the chooks got a telling off though as they were pecking away at them too !! Was a lovely warm day, and DH again cooked a fab roast beef dinner.

Do hope you all have had a relaxing sunday too
