It sounds like an issue with the client or your account rather than the email address your trying to use for me.
Can you try and email me using webmail, The email address is working as i am getting emails from other customers.

Hi, I am here on behalf of my parents.
They are TalkTalk customers whose phone has just become permanently engaged and are being asked to fork out £100 for an engineer to come out.
It is obvious that the BT Exchange in the PO13 9DF area is causing a problem so can you please get someone to sort that out urgently as my Father is heading off to Austrailia for 7 weeks as of tomorrow and is worried that he cannot get in contact due to the lack of mobile masts in Austrailia.
