I have sent a final letter to the complaints bod in CEOs office. Fix my broadband or face the ombudsman. after 2 years of unanswered emails, promised engineer visits that never materialise and even a complaint letter from me that was responded to in a couple of sentences telling me to ring the 0870 number, i have lost patience. I want compensation!! The service is a disgrace and I can't wait to leave TT when this is sorted out. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. :mad:0

I have been with AOL for about 12 years and have never had a problem. Since TalkTalk took over they seem unable to collect payment for my bb. My debit card was cloned, new details were input on my account. They didn't use the new details. Then I received an email saying they were not able to collect payment, so I gave them bank details for a direct debit. I waas told they would take the outstanding amount plus the next month - fine. Then yesterday I received a letter from a debt collection agency!!! When I called TalkTalk they said I was too late setting up the dd - the bill had already gone through, but they will take it next month! AND I'll be charged an extra £10 for the privilege of not paying my bill! What planet do these people live on??? It is their mistake, not mine. I have paid the outstanding money by phone, but have no confidence at all in their ability to keep their accounting correct.0

I'm having a lot of problems with my Talk Talk connection dropping out it's getting to the point it's near unusable at times. I've spoken with Talk Talk and they say they have a known issue and that the exchange i'm on is full and they can't (or wont) give me a date this will be resolved
I've used several ISPs at my address and never had any problem so my thoughts are it's a Talk Talk issue. Now here's my question I've tried to leave Talk Talk but been told there will be a Fee for early termination of my contract. Surely they can't charge me when they are not sticking to there terms of the contract and the goods they have sold me are not fit for purpose
Having the same problem mate, told me id have to pay a fee also. Not a happy man as I only signed up for the internet, I dont care for the phone line.0 -
Stephen can you please help , I migrated from tiscali/talk/talk to BT on the 4th Nov 2010 and just after I got a bill from tiscali for the month of Nov. I pursued a refund and after 37 emails from talk/talk I fianlly got one late January although not for the full amount. I recieved a new e mail from talk/talk today saying my February bill is ready, before I get stressed out could you look into this I have spend more on calls to talk/talk than I would wish and really do not want anything more to do with them. I have cancelled all D/Ds with talk/talk but I know that they still have my details.
Strange thing is that the email I got today was sent to my second e mail address the one I had during my dail up days over 8 years ago0 -

Sorry to hear your getting the run around, Tec support is a 7 day/week thing, i think they normally close about 10pm. I know when i worked on 2nd line i covered Monday-Sunday 8am till 10pm so there is no reason for you to be told they are not working or to not get a call back.
Can you tell me what issue you have with your broadband, I should be able to help get it sorted. If you just want a MAC code i should also be able to sort that for you however I would like to try and get your broadband working.
