Hi Rups,
Thanks, yeah EDD is 24th January which sounds forever away but with this weather feel as though it could just be round the corner.
Huge Congratulations to you on this pg, I was following the thread when you had your mc, so sorry for all you went through. It sounds like this one is a strong bean, are you due in December? My DD was a November baby, it was great having a winter baby, you get let off of loads of Christmas jobs!!

that is a good idea indeed. hehe i can sit back and relax while people look after me. haha.. thanks for your sweet words. yes i wanted to try again as soon as i had 'recovered' from the mc which wasnt long ago. i am happy now but worried too. The ladies here have been so kind and patient to me and calm me down when i have my moments.
am counting days to the scan now. ages away.
i am so impatient anyway. hehe
ah you had a November baby? Winter time's probably the best i think as in the summer, i woud melt.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Rups I've since checked the dosage of my vitamin D, and it's 12.5micograms Boots own brand. I think I was advised 10micrograms by midwife now come to think of it, but have checked other websites for you, and it seems that 25micrograms is still a safe dose - in studies on vitamin D in pregnancy, it seems that higher dosages of vitamin D can prevent premature births.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

ummm...hi everyone.
Just wanted to pop in and join you.
I'm 8 and a bit weeks. We had to have an early scan due to bleeding and cramps, but it's all fine. The bleeding will stop at some point, but it's nothing to worry about. The nurse at the EPU remembered me from 2 years ago with my last pregnancy, when I had an early scan. She said 'I was just talking about you to a colleague the other day. When you came in you looked so ill that we knew we'd be admitting you' I was admitted last time and put on a drip for 24 hours as I'd not been able to keep anything down for a week and I was seriously dehydrated. I ended up with MS for 8 months
This time I got anti-sickness tablets after three days of bad MS, as I had keytones in my wee.
Still feeling rough though, and doing plenty of bucket hugging. I can't eat much either - everything seems to turn my stomach when I look at it.
Gosh, sorry for the whinging. I only meant to pop on and say 'hi'
Please make sure you all keep drinking, even if it's just little sips. Being on a drip is not much fun!

Hi rups, after reading lots and lots online about dying hair and seeing it as secure i will dye my hair but really me being lazy i will do it at the final weeks of my pregnancy. Many hairdressers work when pregnant and they always have inmaculate hair. The only suggestion is to do it in a well ventilated area and they say that hightlights are better cos you dont touch the scalp, some people are agaist it, but if you will do it anyway, midwifes says is better after the 1 trimester as baby is already formed.Mejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0
