I'd never had a migraine in my life until I got pregnant Rups, I probably had about 3/4 a week in the first tri, I had to go to bed, lights out, blinds shut, and just lay there with a cold cloth on my head, it didn't make it go, but it was bearable.

It was awful, funnily enough I had no sickness though. The worst part was it was summer, but I felt like I was living in the dark constantly, I was so glad when they started to go.

One thing that helped slightly was 4head? Helped numb my head :)

I think you can get the strips, but I got the little roll on thing, you just swipe it over your fore head a few times, careful not to over do it though, it can go a bit freezy and tingly like you have lost control of your forehead. It's worth a try though? I think it's about £4 from Boots.
