I know how you feel dizzi.
I am trying to not let myself get too excited until after 12 weeks scan (3 weeks away) even though I have already seen baby, heard heart and been told its perfect. I thinks I am still in "loss" mode when I think of babies and pregnancy and feels a bit negative. If that make sense?
Anyway, I am sure you will feel fab after tomorrow and be all in love once your bump comes inxx

Dizzy, good luck with the scan tomorrow! I have one on Thursday, and I am really looking forward to it. I don't know what to expect, but I hope all is ok. This is week 10 scan, I already had one 3 weeks ago, and have another one in the diary in 2 weeks.
I came home today to find a letter from the antenatal clinic giving me the time for the booking-in appointment. The only thing - it does not say if it is at the local hospital or the surgery or where ever else! So, will have to call and find out.... But, it is not too far away - next Tuesday, at midday.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Thankyou Skintchick. How are you.
Woke up this morning and there was no bleeding. Then early this afternoon, started getting sharp pains, then they turned in to cramps and this evening the bleeding has come back.Married 09/09/090 -

Oh you poor thing. Huge hugs. Have you seen anyone? Is there an EPU you can go to? I do hope it's OK for you.
I am doing OK. In a lot more pain than I expected to still be. OH has had to stay off work as I cannot stand up or walk without getting copious bleeding (flooding) and terrible pain. Got some more codeine off the GP today as I had run out.
So basically have been in bed since Friday! Going a bit mad, and DD is fed up, as is OH I think.
Have Googled and it does seem very normal for how far along I was, I guess I just have to rest until it finishes.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Skintchick - I hope you feel better soon. At least the physical part.
Moneysaver, maybe you should contact GP or EPU again? Maybe they can check again if all s ok. Try and give yourself as much rest as you can.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
New joiner on this thread. I'm 7 weeks pregnant this will be my second baby if all goes well but I have an additional worry.
I discovered a lump in my neck in October and had an ultrasound and biopsy 2 weeks ago. The day after the biopsy I had a positive pregnancy test.
I have my follow-up appointment today for the results of the biopsy, it is a lump on my thyroid.
The pregnancy was planned and I want to be really excited about it, but I'm really worried about the treatment I might need for my Thyroid lump. All indication so far is that the lump is not suspicious but may need an op to remove. I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks before we had our daughter, so I know it is early days, but I do have really strong symptoms this time round.
I'm not really asking for any advice, I just need to get this off my chest really. As I want to be excited about the pregnancy but it's so early and I'm worried about my thyroid treatment, I've not booked into my doctors yet for the pregnancy. Getting a bit twitchy about today's appointment I guess. As I will have to tell them about the pregnancy, but so scared of jinxing it and worried that I can't have any treatment until baby is born or I have to have treatment and it may affect the baby.
I really ought to stop worrying until I've spoken to the consultant. Eeeshk, sorry for long ramble. Just looking for a bit of emotional support I guess, but I think we all are on here, it's a strange, hormonal, emotional, odd time isn't it."Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." I hope your appointment goes well today bobble_hat. I think it's natural to worry about worst case scenarios when you are facing an unknown but hopefully the doctor will be able to reassure you.Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

Welcome, bobble_hat. I hope your appointment went well, please let us know.
I think it is normal to worry - even though I am calm, happy and cheerful when we tell others, I am scared inside that something is going to go wrong and on the scan later this week I will not see both babies anymore. I have no reasons for this, I had no cramping or bleeding, but I am still worried!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Think it's time for me to move onto the other thread - scan showed me at 13 weeks - lots of wriggling, jiggling and a little wave!Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0
