I agree with emsbet, a few tears should help you get an early scan although depends on how sympathetic your doc is.

I had some bleeding, enough to wear a pad and rang the EPAU. I was hysterical on the phone and they were lovely, didn't have to go through my doc. They arranged a scan as soon as they could, was about 3 dyas later. When I had my booking in appt with midwife I had asked for an early scan as I have had a mmc before but she said no, they wouldn't scan early as they would have to do my 12 week scan as well so was a waste of resources. I know the midwife as I used to work with her but it still didn't work, still no early scan even though I have miscarried.

Can you ring your early pregnancy unit hon and say you have had spotting and are extremely worried?

I don;t want to say I'm bleeding if I'm not, but am worried tonight as some of symptoms seem to have gone although I am still very tired, and of course I can;t help panicking. I just hope everything is going to be OK this time.

I had a terrible Night's sleep last night I fell asleep downstairs for two hours then when I woke up instead of going straight to bed I was chatting to DH. This meant that when I went to bed I was then awake and ended up lying there for an hour trying to sleep. I finally nod off then I had a really scary dream so that woke me up. I couldn't get comfy lying on my left side (the side i prefer) as my shoulder feels bruised when i put pressure on it. I then had dreams that woke me up all through the night. Today is going to be a loooooong day!
Sorry for the moan first thing! !:o

Oh well I'm off on my mini holibobs tomorrow and no work for five days after today! :j

i know the feeling emsbet, im not sleepin very well and the dreams im havin are weird, apart from last night, i drempt i was having the baby, it was so quick, just poped out and was a girl!!! it was so real!!! hope it happens like that for real!!!

im really struggling to do my trousers up, and im feeling so sick, it hasnt let up for 2 weeks now, im eating twice as much as usual to try and keep my strength up but i feel rotten! but i havnt put any weight on!? got an appointment through for my booking on the 27th, not long, i just cant wait for my scan!!

Laura we are off down to the South West. Staying in a hotel in Exeter which should be fab as I did my masters there and haven't been back for about 5/6 years. We are taking the car so we can go to Plymouth (going to the big aqaurium there ) and to Lyme Regis (as DH used to go on holiday there as a kid). Lots planned for our four days and I'm looking forward to it.

B-J-D I hope you feel better soon. Mine seems to be easing off a bit now.

Emsbet, sorry to hear you had such a bad night. I've been having lots of weird dreams too. i do tend to get them anyway but maybe once a week, since being pg its been most nights!!

Laura, a BBQ at work?! Can't be bad!!

I'm going for my booking in soon then DH is talking about going to the cinema for the late afternoon showing of the inbetweeners. We're then having tea at him parents so I don't have to cook but we do need to fit a supermarket shop in somewhere!!!

DH was in the dog house last night! I was looking forward to my mexican for tea and had reminded him twice not to have too much lunch as he tends to do that then not want much tea. So what did he do....had sausage chips and curry sauce from the chippy at 2pm :mad: god I was mad! So I made him a chicken burger thing and I had the same with cheesy chips. It was nice but not what I had been looking forward to all day!! I've told him in future he'll get nothing!!
