Also agree on the cheese, but also wanting lots of potatoes, and tons of apples - I've never craved fruit in my life but am getting through tons of crunchy apples and litres of apple juice.

It's pears for me, can't have enough! Crisp, juicy pears, yummy! :D

Big hugs to those whose sickness is really bad. As much as I have been feeling sorry for myself these past weeks I know some people have it much worse and if medicine is there to make it better - please take it! As much as we are told that pills are bad, babies at the least need you to be able to keep some liquid down! I hope things get much better for you all.

I feel much better today and have a rare day when I don't have to be somewhere so I'm doing some housework. All is fine apart from the wretched smell of the bin and the fact I've found my windowsill herb garden is crawling with greenfly... so I'm treating myself to some internet time whilst my stomach settles again!

Does anyone else have a pre-12 week bump?

I don't really know when that is supposed to happen but I'm just over 11 weeks and I definitely have a little bump (and I've lost weight since I got pregnant and it looks different to when I'm having a fat day). I'm not super skinny but I'm not large either (BMI 20.7) - does size of mum make a difference to when you start to show?

Roxalana- hi! My stomach is definitely bigger. But I just feel fat. My bmi is in the healthy range too, but since the pregnancy, I've already put on 3kg's! That's loads!

hehe - I've lost almost the same amount - maybe I'm giving it to you!

Not weighed in this week but the weight loss had slowed to a standstill so I think I'll probably start to increase soon.

It weird though because I feel bigger than I used to (certainly my trousers and tops are tighter!) but I weight less. I can't seem to spot a part of the body where it has gone from though!

Thanks Mozzy chick :) still no better really but hey ho I'm just hoping it ends at 12 wks but from memory this will go on til 14wks and then go. It all convinces me I have a pink bump though my blue ones I was fine and never sick :D just trying to keep remembering its worth it in the end :).

I haven't bothered to get weighed just lately my BMI was 25 before pregnancy then quickly went up to 26 with the weight that instantly went on my boobs. I think it's probably come down a bit now though with all the sickness. I carry a little bit of weight quite well as I'm 5ft 10 and still wearing my size 12's :)

I am 8wks +4 and sporting a tiny pot belly looks like it would go if I went to the toilet but I know it obviously won't lol I am weight watching and aware of what I'm eating although I accept that I will gain weight I have to be careful as I had a tummy tuck almost 2 yrs ago and don't really wanna put too much strain on the scar and stuff.

Hope everyone else is good congrats to all the new beans :)

    xx

    Hello ALL :j
Also special hello to those who are feeling rough especially Amanda & Stacey.

I confess I have been a bit of a nightmare today :embarasse
Hubby had the unenviable task of trying to sort out the freezer as it keeps going off but we know it was absolutely rammed so decided to get rid of some of the ufo's (unidentified frozen objects) and investigate the freezer for any problems.

So everything was emptied out and hubby decided to wash out the drawers in the sink cue random bits of frozen remnants and water everywhere.

Was hungry but the kitchen was horrible to look at so managed to make something whilst grumbling to him that there is water everywhere do you want me to kill myself? oh god you have put the washing up bowl on the floor and the other bowl inside is for washing the floor we are not using that again you will have to buy another one... the sink!!! is now contaminated with god knows what so it will need to be thoroughly cleaned (obviously not by me buster):eek::eek: you get the picture so hubby now slighly teetering on the brink of divorce exits sharp left. Anyway did have a little chat later me slightly blubbing about being hormonal (well I think he just might have guessed that one) & feeling sick.
Later he did go out and get me a new washing up bowl, some fizzy vimto & an apricot danish so he might get a :kisses3: later!
but no more hugs as gave him one after eating the danish and felt decidedly dodgy..
He did announce later on that he hasnt been feeling well but told him its probably PWSS (pregnant wife stress syndrome) :rotfl:

Anyway on a more positive note my friend has had a bouncing baby boy Thursday so is hoping to get little Jensen (no not button!) home soon :D

    Take care All

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. :) I'm having a slightly better day today, not thrown up but still constantly feel like I'm going to. To make things worse my stress levels have been so high & I keep snapping at the OH. He says I'm acting like I'm on something  I looked up side effects for cyclazine & it says irritability is common so along with my hormones I'm a complete nightmare right now. He says he can't wait until I'm off the pills because I'm completely different!

If it's not one thing it's another right now but I'm trying hard to take my mind off things. On a better note, my first scan is on the 7th July & I'm looking forward to seeing the little one that's causing all this trouble! :j Hope all you other pregnant girlies are doing well and sorry yet again for the moan x
