Hi, I'm another newbie, although I've been lurking this thread for weeks! Finally getting used to the idea I really am pg (DH is a bit fed up of me telling him I've had another positive test, but I've just been making certain!).

Already seen the midwife for booking and scan date has come through for 16th June. EDD is 4th Jan 2012 according to the online calculators but I'll find out exactly next week... have an irregular cycle length so I've had to be a bit vague on dates when asked.

Don't know what else to say right now, just wanted to join in finally!

Just goes to show, we're never happy! Having been moaning about being so sick everyday, i woke up this morning, and all traces of nausea and sickness have totally disappeared and i'm hungry fit to eat an entire fridge worth of food.
So of course, whilst i feel some relief at not feeling crappy for the first time since April 4th, i'm now really worried that something terrible has happened to beanie to cause such a sudden and total cease of symptoms.:( Was kinda expecting a gradual run down, not so abrupt and everything i've heard says starts to weaken at 13+ weeks, not just about 11 weeks.

I'm half hoping that the nausea comes back, just as reassurance... i had some fair sharp tummy pain last night, which i put down to stronger than usual "normal" pregnancy twinges, but now i am putting the 2 together and making 13.
I spoke to EPU at my hospital, and they said they would see me tomorrow due to the pains, to put my mind at ease, if i could get referred by Midwife or GP. Rang my GP surgery who close at 1pm today, and said a referal letter would take 3 days, and no slots to see the doc till Tuesday. Rang the midwife at my antenatal unit and she said they wouldnt take me without a referal from the GP, and unless i was bleeding, not to bother with A&E.
I don't think i would have gone to A&E anyway, but i feel a bit hopeless. :Cry:

I'm 6+2 today and for almost a week now, I've had no symptoms, I know all pregnancies are different but it still worries me

Ah Kira, hugs!! Its a rollercoaster isn't it. I feel like that coz i've had no symptoms. Keep positive and strong till you see the GP. A bit silly that they couldn't see you. Could you phone your GP in the morning for an emergency appointment that day? Ours allows that. You need to phone at 8:30am.

I am in Knightswwod, just got my letter in today from the Royal for an appointment on 14th July, I am actually going to the Southern G so was surprised to see it from the Royal.

Thing is I dont know if this is for my scan or not as the letter doesnt actually say, I hope it is coz I will be 12/13 by then.

Morning,

I am going to have to leave the thread, my spotting turned into red blood with clots yesterday. It's now in full flow.
I wish you all the best for your pregnancies and hope I can come back soon.
