Yay, glad you've got your appointment Amanda!
Well I'm still completely bloated. My big jeans, which haven't fitted for over a year, are now about the only thing which I can wear. I'm too early to be this big Haha! And I'm eating fairly healthy. Dinner last night was a lovely big homemade Greek salad. If any of my friends saw me, they'd definitely start guessing!DFD February 2012

Hi everyone. Its been very quiet on here today! Obv all hard at work today..
Not sure who was asking about boobies and bra's- my boobs inflated massively at about 4 weeks and were really sensitive, so had to buy a new bra then, and got a wireless one, which i've been using ever since. Its more supportive for my whoppers than i thought it would be, and comfy enough to wear at night on the days my boobs hurt even more. They seem to have stablised since then, no more mahusive changes, but i'm sure they will grow again later on.
The sickness is definately back- prob being sick the same amount, but i think i feel less nauseous inbetween times, and not so ill in the early morning. Mid morning to mid afternoon seems to be the worst. Bit nervous about going for the private scan tomorrow, but i'm glad to be knowing one way or the other. Sent DH out to buy some sugary sweets ( he bought jelly babies as thought they were fitting!) to take, as the clinic said it helped them spot the bubs by making them move around more.
Fingers crossed eh.
Hope you are all doing ok today.

Hiya, Greek salad yum! I'm sure you have it covered, but just checking, was the feta pasturised? I really fancied some the other day, and nearly got caught as most of them were unpasturised. Eventually found one that was, so that was good, but you need to be careful!

Feeling rubbish today
Supposed to be getting on with the housework but I have no energy, feel so drained and light headed, first I've really felt nausea aswell.
Doesn't make it any better that our cooker is broken, complained to letting agents on Monday and still nothing being done about it  surviving on toast and soup at the moment
Tempted to get into bed this early
Hope everyone else is having a better day than meThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -

Hi Gilly, poor you!
All i can say is listen to what your body is telling you. If you feel drained and tired, you need to rest, light headed, then you probably stood up to quick, moved too quick or did too much. Sit down, have a drink and a small snack for energy. YOU would be amazed how much energy a little bean takes to make in the early days! Lying on the sofa takes more than a session of body building!
Nausea, hate to say it, but its prob around for a while! I find lying back with a cool flannel on my chest/throat really helps. And toast is your new friend. Its the only thing i can mange for breakfast that i can keep down!

I think I will head to bed with something to watch, got loads of Vampire Diaries to catch up on. OH is working til 11.30 which isn't great
I usually love my toast, but stopped the butter since I found out about bubs, just doesn't taste the same with FloraThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
So sorry emsbet ((hugs)) look forward to seeing you on here again soon
Gilly - enjoy the rest while you can get it!
Kira - good luck for tomorrow, hope all goes well
Janninew and crabapple and anyone else I missed, welcome and congrats!
I'm 4+6 today and completely symptomless - bit worrying as by now I was hurling morning, noon and night with DD. I hated it at the time (it went on to 18 weeks) but am now starting to wish for nausea
For non-underwired bras, I LOVE mothercare's tshirt bra, its so supportive, comfy and great for feeding later x0 -
Ok, I really need to do something about my POAS addiction... I think it's due to me having a (so far) symptom-free time of things, but I'm still doing a test every week! I'm nearly 8 weeks now! You'd think that the lack of AF would be 'symptom' enough but no, I just can't help myself! Luckily they're cheap Internet test jobs but even so, I know I'm just wasting them. Although having said that, it's really good watching that line show up quicker and darker each time! :rotfl:
Anyway, that's it now. No more! Hopefully my booking appointment with the midwife on Thursday will make it all feel suitably real and I'll stop doubting myself so much!:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0
