Morning all, thought I would post to say that despite having not made a post recently myself and my partner are still reading the thread avidly.

We had our dating scan yesterday and pleased to report that this time everything is looking exactly as it should be baby was even giving a wave to the camera.

It's given a due date of 9th December. How exciting! :T

Morning Well i've got my dating scan and appointment with the consultant this afternoon-so feeling excited and nervous at the same time. Lets hope my dates aren't too far out

Well - I've not been very well - we went out for dinner - complained about the food because it didnt taste "right" nothing was done so I left it, came home, next day - food poisioning!! Was meant to see the midwife, who refused to see me (fair enough) she then complained that the doctor had booked me to see her when im only 8 weeks! Tried to tell her that it was because of my thyroid and because of the specialist but she didnt let me get a word in edgeways. Doctors has rang her - demanded she does a home visit on Friday

DD being a PAIN in the BUTT. Shes at nursery today (yey!) I've rang in sick from work (tummy still a bit iffy) so putting my feet up for a bit.

G'day ladies (and a couple of gents) - everyone seems a bit perkier this week which is nice to hear (read?). Sorry if I've missed anyone off...

Deb - I'm well off meat too. OH and I sometimes get a cooked chicken and have that with salad as a quickie dinner (and then the leftovers for a couple of days in sarnies etc) and he brought one home the other day and I nearly vommed all over it and him. GROSS.

Nice Nursie - you're pretty much the same as me then (I'm apparently due 11 Dec) and I think WW and yummymummy are too. And crispycrisp is similar too! Woo - how exciting!

KimmyMarky - I've always been a real heavy sleeper, never waking in the night, but I get up to pee once or twice a night now and/or can't get to sleep or wake up v early. I'm putting it down to having lots on my mind (and in my belly!)

WW - I don't want to jinx things, but my MS has subsided a little too. It's deffo still there, but not as intense as it was. Let's hope it'll "do one" this week eh?

KeeleyKat - good luck! I'm getting v nervous about mine next week, so understand the angst!

Can we add due dates to The List please? I guess these might change with the scan, but it's nice to see who's when anyway. Have the girls that have had their scans moved to next 12-24 thread do you reck?

Hi all, another one off work today After being quite chirpy and energetic for the past week or so I've gone back to feeling rubbish Fell asleep on the sofa last night but kept waking up because the light too bright and OH was sat at the other end so I was all squashed up. Then I woke up early this morning with tummy cramps and was sick twice but nothing was coming up, just water. Thankfully cramps have subsided now but got that horrible residual pain when I move so I'm camped out on the sofa with the quilt on feeling a bit sorry for myself.

How is everyone doing with cravings? For the past few days I keep getting the smell of supermarket bakery tiger bread and doughnuts and it's driving me crazy! Yesterday after work I dragged OH round 3 different little local supermarkets looking for doughnuts and none of them had them in *harumph* I had an apple pie from McDonalds instead but it just wasn't the same!

I'm now 8+5 and feeling pretty lousy. Really tired and feeble feeling which isnt much fun with a 90minute+ car communte each way for work, and gradually the nausea that i've had from day 4, has more often turned into long heaving sickness, but i guess have been able to keep SOMETHING down most of the time. Throwing up in our staff car park and having the wind blow it back on me was a highlight last week!
Really picky with food as well. It seems to vary hour by hour what i feel like i can manage. Generally off any red meat, and dont fancy chicken much either. Mainly eating carbs and dairy for now, washed down with lots of blueberries and mango!

Feeling especially rough today. I think i have a bit of a cold- stuffed up ears, stuffy nose, and the horrid cotton wool head thing. Went to be bed at 8.30pm and woke up (barring 2 night time wee's) at 8.30am. Managed to do some laptop work on the sofa as i couldnt face going into work, but fell asleep again at 10.30 and only just woke up!

Gonna try and have some lunch now, see if i get some more energy. Might have to send DH to Boots to buy me some vicks...

Sorry for the wingey post BTW, just a crappy day.

Hi Kira,

I am off work today too. About 12+5 according to the doctor however I think it will probably change when I get my dating scan.

Until this week I was just feeling really sick and this week I am now being sick and can't keep much down. I though it was meant to stop now not start. Problem is that I am absolutly starving and if I wasn't being sick or feeling sick over every food I would eat everything in sight. My DH is saying that I am now showing slightly which isn't good as I haven't told work yet. Anyway only 7 days and then I can tell work and have more definate dates etc.
