Went to GP this morning and he wants me to go straight to EPU for a scan because I have had reoccurant mc's. I wasn't expecting that at all, so am now on a bus to the hospital.
Dreading it as I have only bad memories of EPU
if it is viable they'll not see much more than a sac as he reckons I am just 5 weeks. He said once we know all is ok, he will refer me for ante natal care.

MV good luck at the EPU I have everything crossed for you. I have to agree with Rumfeeble, half the time I don't feel like I should be posting here. I am also completely paronaid, I think it's normal at this stage.

@rumfeeble. I felt that way earlier this week, however my symptoms seem to ebb and flow. Definitely feeling pregnant today, my stomach is completely nauseous, the idea of eating or cooking makes me want to puke. OMG at the cheeky cow in work, how rude!! Dunno about the band option, it sounds like something worth exploring.

I have told my mam and best friend so far, no plans to tell
Anyone else till after the 12 weeks.

Good luck, MV! Isn't weird when someone treats you in a way you don't expect. I don't envy you having to go to EPU but there will be lots of good news coming out of that place too and today it's your turn! And an appointment on the sand day - unheard of! Gonna move down to where you are I reckon!

I think symptom ebb and flow is completely normal throughout all of pregnancy but especially the early days. Hope everyone starts feeling suitably carp soon!

Courgette - this hospital actually has a walk-in service, but its first come, first served, so you can have a bit of a wait.
Hoping i'm not here too long. OH has had to tell his boss what is going on. He only had 1 day holiday left until next April! No days left now!

Well after an hour and a halfs wait, I have a sac! Hooray!
Too early to see much else as I am only just coming up to 5 weeks, but she said all as it should be for my dates.

Can't ask for more than that, so I am happy for now. Have to go back again in 2 weeks for another scan. Good they are keeping an eye on me.
