2b, I know you're a bit of a worrier (like me) but I felt the same a few weeks back, symptoms seemed to come and go a bit. Once the sickness came back I wondered why I was ever worried and kind of hoped the symptoms would go away again (clearly no pleasing some people - haha)
Now I just need you to catch me up and hold my hand as I go to the big thread
Not long to go now xx 0 -

:D:D I want to! I am wishing time away!
I rang my local early pregnany unit, and they said they wouldnt see me unless I had bleeding or pain. So, I just need to learn to sit and be patient.
I had a MMC in my first pregnancy and miscarried twins, which I expect is why I am a nervous wreck.Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
2ba3c, in my first tri the only symptom I had was banging headaches, they were awful. I'd consider them migraines. Hope that helps xxThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

Thanks Gillyx xx
Sorry for worrying girls, and thank you for the support, I really do apperciate it. I feel like this is the only place I can come and talk about stuff at the moment!!
My headache wont go away (although I dont think I would call it a Migraine, its not quite that painful).... I am pretty sure it is a dehydration one, but no matter HOW much I drink, I just cannot rehydrate myself.
I think I'm going to try and get an appt wtih my GP tomorrow, I really just don't feel right.Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
I have had a banging headache on and off recently! Good idea to get checked out though if you don't feel right xx

I used 4head constantly, I went to my GP who could only recommend paracetemol, drink frequently and eat little and often. It was the middle of summer and I could not look at light at all, spent the majority of my time in bed with a cold cloth on my head and the blinds and doors closed

I'm another one suffering with my head this time around. I suffer with headaches and migraines normally but with my little girl my headaches cleared right up. Not this time tho
I have had 3 really awful headaches so far and paracetomol doesn't seem to touch them at all. I use 4head too but I don't know why because it does naff all for me. I have to just go to bed with a cold cloth on my forehead and eyes. Really hope they don't continue all the way through. 0 -
Oh Gillyx and ymakemesmile - its miserable isnt it

((BIG HUGS))
That forehead, always gets in my eyes, not literally - but the menthal bit makes my eyes sting!
I finally got rid of mine today, I think it might have been food related too but after I eat it went. I hope it stays away!Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
It really is horrid, mine went just after 13 weeks I think. I had a brilliant pregnancy after that. So fingers crossed xxThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

Hi everyone!!
So it appears my palpitations were a one off, not had them since and mw said they are reasonably normal unless dizzy/short of breath etc. I am concerned about my doctor however, I asked him for a fitnote as tomorrow is day 7 of sickness
but he said he wanted to try me on anti nausea meds first. Had 1 about an hour ago as nausea was bad, tasted disgusting but not nauseous! For some stupid reason I decided to google the meds (buccastem 3mg) and it says it shouldn't be taken in 1st trimester unless absolutely necessary! I spat the remainder out, for me it's not worth the risk of any probs with baby so I'm going to phone back doc tomorrow and tell them I want a fitnote and not take no for an answer! I feel so confused just now, I don't want to be off work but im struggling to be in work! Grrrr!! OH is really annoyed after he went on google, my sickness isn't that bad, I can handle it just!
Anyway I'll let you know what they say tomorrow and be less anti social, I haven't read any posts since earlier so apologies but I'll post tomorrow xxSaving money like a trouper...0
