Normally yes because the 12-24 one is extremely quiet. The advantages of being on the main thread when you are 12 weeks is that you get to hear everyone elses experience so it helps you to prepare.
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I vaguely remembered there was - but when I went to look for it, couldn't find it!

Oooh - another thing I was going to ask, because you know, I loooove to ask the questions!

Is there anything you are finding more difficult to do now you are pregnant... this is more an early pregnant question.

For me - work is difficult! I keep losing my train of thought and then day dreaming about baby stuff. I am definitely not as focused as normal.

And oddly, I used to be amazing at reverse parking cars. Not trying to big myself up, I just had a gift ( :D ) - anyway now for the life of me, I can't do it!!

    Anybody else?!x

It wasnt planned but we are both over the moon :) Though I am also absolutely terrified! OH is more calm than me but he is really confident around babies whereas they usually look at me and cry

I havent booked an appt at the doctors yet, Im going to ring on Monday, started taking multi-vits yesterday & in the process of quitting smoking!

hi sid_wolf! Dont forget the folic acid if it's not included in your multi vitamins :)

My arm is black and blue from this morning! Took three different people and a trip to the hospital phlebotomist to get some blood out of me! Apparently my veins are very deep and hard to locate.

Took another test in the meantime and it came up with a much darker line and since yesterday afternoon my spotting seems to have stopped so i'm fairly confident my blood test results will show doubling hcg levels. Just got to wait until tuesday to find out for sure and then i can relax a bit more for the next 8 weeks (apart from the stress of trying to keep it a secret!)

Just make sure they are pregnancy vitamins hun, as some vits your not meant to take in pregnancy. If they are pregnancy vits they probably do include folic acid.

    Congratulations! x

I seem to have developed a baby brain and keep forgetting things, which is not good, as I am a bit dippy normally! And I noticed that when I went out with my Mum last week, my legs felt heavy and tired after a few hours walking around. I blame baba for depriving my brain and legs of blood :D
