Yeah - because of everything that happened last time and also because I have not been able to have any of the testing I should have had. 25th March. I *think* il be 7 weeks....

I am feeling SUPER excited. OH and I just went to see our best friends new house (its pretty close to ours). Anyway, its BEAUTIFUL and we are very jealous. So...we came home and started to have a gander for properties. Anyway, we have found one we love...ITS NEXT DOOR TO THEM! Viewing it on Wednesday. So excited

Hi everyone sorry not been on for a while internet been playing up plus I have been in such pain with this constipation it is horrendous It is nearly 3 1/2 weeks since i've been to the loo, not good

ANyways on a better note had my dating scan today yeahhhh i'm 12 +3 EDD 23/09/11 so only one day forward than what the midwife gave me. We have a baby with a beating heart and arms and legs looks perfect i'm so happy. THey said I have an ovarian cyst which I wasnt aware of, but have been told just to watch out for any pains and ring the ward if i'm worried.

Think it was mirror had her scan today? hope it went well, hope everyone else is doing OK xxx

bella you can get lactulose from the doc to help with constipation but drinking more fluid and eating more fibre should help.. failing that try a good hot curry .. I found having soup once a day helped.. maybe it is the extra fluid.. I feel like a rabbit (have you seen rabbit poo?)

Hi, just hopping over from the next thread to say Bella, they detected an ovarian cyst on my first (early) scan and it'd gone by my next scan. I think many just go by themselves. They just check at each scan. Congrats on a good scan and I look forward to seeing you on the next thread.

Thanks pigpen, i'm already on lactulose been taking it for about 7 days now, went to docs on friday she gave me dioctyl tablets and told me to keep on with the latulose aswell, it is deffo getting softer TMI sorry, but still cant go and cant sit down straight have to sit to one side lol.

Hi doglover, they said it is fairly common in pregnancy but the hormones can make it grow! so keep an eye on any pains etc, my friend had to have an ovarian cyst removed whilst she was still pregnant cause it burst! dont fancy that much i'm not to worried about it though was just pleased to see my baby

I can't take lactulose it cripples me.. syrup of figs is meant to be good.. and pruuuuunes

evening all hope everyone is well

congrats bella on scan , yes i had mine done today too baby was jumping around everywhere and waving definatley only one (although i wished and wished for two) hubby is relieved lol

they put my dates back by a week though so im11 +4 due on the 29th sep which actually does me a favour s i maybe able to fit a week in back at work after the school holidays to give me more time off after.

onto waiting for the next scan. i know its silly but i really did feel dissapointed that there was only one.
