  • PigPen, I'd confront about this situation before telling about baby. At least you know what he wants without feeling the guilt of another baby? I'd prefer to know, and have the baby on my own, than have someone that doesn't want to be there.

I was in a situation when preg with no1. We were very young, so when we found out I was pg, I didn't tell him how much I wanted it. I had a discussion with him about it & said I needed his decision. I was glad he said yes, but if he hadn't I would have gone away & done it alone.

If I told him how much I wanted it, he would have been pressured into saying he did too, this way I knew what he really wanted, does that make sense?

I think I am an ostrich in this one too .. :p

I think maybe he shouldn't be here.. I think he wants to be with someone else and I am not entirely in the way because she doesn't seem to want him but he is here simply because of the baby and the fact he doesn't want to live with his mother (which I fully understand I'd want to kill her) My feelings are irrelevant and I don't want to be responsible for him not being with the person he really loves just because of the baby and this one is just another tie and another reason to resent me.

I need to let him go.. if he goes and comes back then fine but if not, well, I'm a fighter and I have survived hell of a lot worse.

:( Not a nice situation piggers but you have to tell him eventually - it takes two to tango and im sure he was well aware what the result could be when he decided to do the deed with you.

I hope this situation is all in your head anyway :o

  • On a different subject again, one of my friends who was very supportive after Felix died has decided to run the Edinburgh Marathon and raise money for SANDS (the stillbirth charity) in memory of Felix. I feel very touched.

I am harassing everyone and anyone I can find to donate!

My niece was SB in 1999 and I used to work for Sands!
My Mum still works for them at HQ - she retires on Wednesday!
I hope he'll be very well supported!

not quite sure of dates but my last period started 8/02, and I think I have a 32 cycle according to a website I found that makes me due 19th Nov.

Already told our parents and siblings - now to ring the doctor tomorrow....

    Here our journey begins!!

    (PS - I'm not normally a night owl - I can't sleep!)
