    Evening all.

I'll be doing hypnobirthing and using a tens machine this time round. Also, birthing ball (or just a general gym ball) helps in the latent phase of labour. I had a very loooooooong latent phase (1-3cm). 3 days actually. 4cm-birth was only 3 hours though :)

Feeling very emotional! My son will be 1 in exactly 3 weeks. I've been putting it off as long as I can but I've had to go out and buy birthday decorations and the like today. Having all these things saying first birthday is making me cry quite a bit :(:o

Awww Squeena :cuddle: I can only imagine how fast it feels like they grow up

I'm feeling randomly tearful tonight, missing my dog (who died a few months back) like mad, fed up with people trying to wrap me in cotton wool (I'm not allowed to handle the horses on my own and spending time with them has always been my chill out time) and generally icky and bleugh. I think an early night is called for, tomorrow is a new day :)

Hugs Millie, know a bit how you must be feeling. I gave up my share horse when I was 15 wks (now 26 wks) and I miss him so much. I still go for cuddles but it's not the same as riding three times a week. I even miss mucking out! Like you it was my de-stress time & me-time. It will all be worth it in the end though x

Thank you :) I need to keep in mind how lucky I am that I have my parents and yard owner who are more than willing to help out...and it's only for another 7 months....:) I'm feeling more positive this morning x

Had the two tiniest spots of blood on paper when I wiped this morning, and more crampy today.

    Very worried :(

2b, sometimes you can spot a bit when your period was due, hope that's all it is for you

Thank you both - stuck a pad in to monitor, as ironically all my pants are black! xx
