And thanks for that, Littlemoog. I did have a quick look at maternity stuff the other day, but found the whole experience rather depressing0

:eek:OMG that is a really good price... they are £35 most places and I got mine for £25 reduced in tesco baby event but a £5 from Asda is very good...shame I HATE ASDA so can't bare to go in there!:jBaby Boy born December 20120 -

I've found it really frustrating! I normally enjoy shopping for clothes, although I don't do it that often, but none of the maternity ranges have really inspired me, the choice is so limited. None of my fave brands/styles do maternity wear! (White Stuff, Fat Face, Mantaray!) Love my M&P jeans though, sooo comfy.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
I hadn't realised what a good deal the thermometers were! They had another brand which was £35 and didn't look that different tbh0

2b - try not to worry (easier said than done, I know!). Why don't you give the doc/mw a ring for some advice.
I've not bought anything yet - don't want to tempt fete! Eventhough I've lost weight due to lost appetite, my belly does feel a bit bigger so am guessing will need some trousers soon.
Well, I'm off work again - been throwing up since 11 last night:( and its still going!! Can't even keep water down. Don't know if its ms or a bug. How long do you think I can go without water before I should get in touch with the doc?
Happy shopping everyone0 -

Without being patronising.... are you sure that you bought the thermometer?
It's just that the tommee tippee closer to nature thermometer is currently £35 in boots but the tommee tippee closer to nature digital thermometer (40 refills) is only about £5-7 in most stores and the packaging look identical...
Obviously if you did get the actual thermometer for a fiver i'm very jealous lol
ETA it looks like you probably did get the right one...

2b fingers crossed that everything is fine, I second country's advice of giving mw/doc a quick phone to reassure you. I had a little spotting at 5-6 weeks.
Hugs to country for feeling pants!!
Hope everyone is good, I'm still mooching about this thread still too scared to go over to big girl's thread!
I don't want to post this on ttc thread but if anyone from there is noseying here (like I used to do) and wants some ov tests & pg tests drop me a pm with your address- I've got loads of ic's, a clearblue digi with conception indicator & some sticks for clearblue ov testing smiley thing- not the fancy expensive one! I'm happy to send the actual tester as well but understand why someone may not want that!!MARCH GROCERY CHALLENGE £118/ £2500 -
hey ladies
A good scan update for you all, I had one at 7 weeks yesterday and baby is measuring fine with a nice strong heartbeat. Unfortunately it looks like it was a twin pregnancy and twin 2 didn't make it past 5 weeks
But I have to be happy with one healthy bean, next step is getting my 12 week date and then the scan its self.
