Sorry hun I don't mean to offend - it is just my personal taste not to have my boy in a baby grow all the time when he pops out :)

I have been colouring my hair the whole way through and have had 3 very healthy scans so far. The riskiest thing is that the colour might not take as usual becuase of the new hormones...mine has gone golden rather than ash blonde using the same dye I always use...but then, all of my body hair has suddenly gone black and it was only mousey/blonde before I was PG!

Please don't think I am offended not all :D I just love the way everyone is different :D

Ok hmmm do you think I need to tell hairdresser before she colours, just not sure how much of a gossip she is - small town ;) mind you if my stomach gets any bigger the whole world will be able to guess soon anyway haha xx

i am dying to go to the salon, but again this is a subject where there are two different opinions, i will get highlights, as the are the safest compromise as they do not touch the scalp and will do it once i get to the 12 week mark. At the moment is not worth the risk for me personally.

My dd lived in babygrows !! she absolutely hated getting changed, so it was good.. she looked so cute ! and of course i would haven give anything to keep her looking as little as possible for long.

Another one who doesn't want her pram to be more valuable than her car ;) and being as car is an old banger, there is a serious risk of this ;)

Re. Hair dye- I am a toxicologist and this happens to be one of my areas of interest and i could harp on about it all day. I got mine dyed yesterday ;) That said, I fully respect those who choose not to, but those who do dye, please don't be concerned

I hardly dare say it, but I feel a bit better today. I felt like I had a hangover first thing (how is that fair?), but started to feel a bit better late morning. Then I went to visit my friend this afternoon, who is due today!! and she talked me through few things, so I feel 100x better now :)

Hope everyone is doing ok. Big cuddles to anyone who needs them xx

Evening ladies. Really sorry for the delay but we weren't back til late. Didn't mean to worry anyone. All was ok! Baby is fine and they haven't changed my date so 10+5 today. It's a lively wee thing. Am still anxious but that's just me. Just a wee bit less anxious then before if that makes sense.

I really hope I haven't upset anyone by posting this as there has been so much heartache on the thread recently and I wouldn't want to hurt anyone for the world.

You guys are all amazing and I'm going to hang around for a while as still not 12 weeks. Thank you for all your good wishes. I may look like I've logged out but DH wants his iPad back! I will be lurking however!

How are you doing Skint? I think you are one mega brave lady. How soon will they refer you for all the tests? Xxx

I'm not brave. I wouldn't choose to go through this, but as I am, I have to just get on with it. I'm stronger than I thought, that's for sure, but maybe I'm numb and in shock. I feel sure I'm going to collapse soon. Got the number for some counselling today, I really think I need it.

Still waiting to hear from the GP but I know he will do his best for me, he is a great GP. There's no rush, I want my bunions done first! May as well, it could be a long time of TTC and maybe even more losses before I get #2, after all.

Skint I really didn't mean to be insensitive, of course you wouldn't choose to go through it. I just meant you are handling it with more courage than I think I would and are still able to come on this thread, show happiness for other's with happier news and you have an awesome sense of humour. Lol @ the bunion surgery, hope you get them done soon. Counselling also sounds like a good move.

Sorry if I upset you, I know have no choice, I followed the ttc thread all of last year before joining in December and appreciate how much you've gone through trying to have #2. :o
