marie, thats really positive - hope you feel reassured (sp?)

sillsausage - hope your scan is going well

jojo - how are you feeling today

cakeforbrains - so glad to hear you're doing well - did you go and see the torch? Thanks for the reassurance, will hopefully know this time tomorrow

minted - you poor thing! Hope you're feeling better now

I really must go and do some work (even though I'm still in my pjs:D). I could get used to working from home

Yay for the good news Marie :jFingers crossed all stays well, I'm sure it will.

Skint - I'd love to be on the list -

    Zcrat41 8+3, EDD 4th Feb, Booking in appt - Fri 29th June #1

I do think it's quite a good idea to put #of kids - helps identify some of us noobs that have no kids, no experience and are really quite scared now that I may possibly have a live thing to look after in 7 months time:o I also find it useful to have mc information, purely so I don't offend anyone and can hopefully understand a bit more if they've been through something.

Tattoo - let us know how you get on this afternoon!

Anyone go on Mumsnet? ventured over there last night to have a look.

I dont post on there but I find a lot of threads useful for reassuring me on certain things whether it be pregnancy or child rearing!

Jojob and Marie - hope you are both doing ok. I've had a bit of light spotting this morning which has paniced the hell out of me. After having previous MC in Jan 2010 at 6-7 weeks before having DD, it's really worried me. No pain or cramps though and spotting seems to have stopped again so am hoping it's just one of those things. Going to keep an eye on it and if it starts again, will make a GP appointment. Nothing's ever easy is it!

Congrats to all the other newbies on here, it's good to know there are other people in same situation as me! Not really having any symptoms yet, just seem to be really tired all the time. I didn't really get many symptoms with DD though, so it's fairly similar to last time.

Zcrat41- I've been on Mumsnet but have never really posted on there, just use it for info.

It might be nice to have more info on sticky, helps remember what situation people are in. If you decide to have it, this will be #2 for me. xxx

Everyone is different! I was able to hear the hb at 8+6 even though some people told me it would just be the placenta...they were wrong! The placenta sounds like a windy cavern and the hb sounds like baby raving!! lol x

    hello ladies,

I am pregnant 5+4 with a EDD 22.02.13 and am waiting for the midwife to book me in, this is my second children my other one is now 7 and after trying since having him we had to go onto fertility treatment which caused a m/c on the first round and then worked on the third round so fingers crossed this one sticks and we have the baby we have been longing for for a long time.

Can't wait to get involved with this little group :) x
  • Had my scan this morning and it TWINS!!! Total shock, even though I had 2 embryos put back in I had convinced myself that there was only 1, saw 2 little flickering hearts. There was lots of tears. It was a good job I was lying down. I have 1 very shocked husband lol!!

Hi Flydragon - Amazing your fertility treatment worked, congratulations:beer: (although obv that's a non alcholic drink I'm cheering you with!)

And SillySausage - WOO HOO for twins! Amazeballs. Guess that's a massive thing for your DH to get his head round. Do you have any other DC?
