I'm feeling a bit down in the dumps today.
I ache all over, am only managing a couple of hours sleep at a time & my blood sugar levels are way too high every time I test despite me eating healthy.
I hope everyone else is well. :AI'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

BCS, big hugs that you feel a little better soon. I've had to grab my husband once as I got so very dizzy- even standing slowly is perilous at times!
Would a warm bath maybe help with aches and help you sleep better?0 -
Hello hope everybody is doing well.
Been in hospital for a few days so am hoping that I have not missed too much.0 -
