Crikey delain, that would have the same effect on me, the more I'm told to do something the less likely I am to do it. But I think he's being really unfair, if he doesn't like he either quietly does it himself with no smart comments or he keeps his mouth shut. I'd have killed him by now tbh. I can't believe he called you lazy!

I have read back, but haven't really retained anything else! :o

Except, MrsS, I've been like that nearly the whole way through this pregnancy, I've turned into a sloth! :rotfl:

delain he sounds like a nightmare! (no offence intended) Seriously though if it bothers him that much then he should blooming do it! My MIL often comments on the state of my house but it's lived in, not a show home and I always give her the chance to clean it if she so desires!

And next time you are both off for a nap.. turn off the phone!!! I'd make twice as much mess as I normally do.. which might actually prove difficult.. but I'd try!

MrsS - maybe try a brief walk. Is that a stupid suggestion with your spd?! I find I'm really exhausted in the evenings after a long day at work and Friday night, at the end if the week is a complete wipeout. I'm only 22 weeks and this is meant to be the easy bit. You haven't exactly had it easy so bound to be a bit down in the dumps.

Nope. I'm the same. Unfortunately, my sofa is miles away at home. There's only a couple of hours to go!!!!
Nope, definitely not just you! I was wondering the same too and I *think* its tiredness because I can sort of concentrate on stuff (like driving fortunately :o) whereas if I'm depressed I can't focus on anything at all (especially driving )

    Thanks ladies

Definitely can't go for a walk due to SPD ... I really can't wait to get out for a walk :o I did just hobble down to school (which is literally at the bottom of my street, about 10 houses away) and I'm in absolute agony now and will pay for it for days

My middle child has his football presentation evening tonight, so I'll have to go to that, which is going to be really painful sitting all that time. It's his first ever one though, and their team won the league and are having their photos taken for the local paper, so I can't miss it.

SPD is bad today anyway coz I had to shave my legs in the bath this morning, and it always hurts. I'm trying to wait as long as possible between shaves to minimise the damage, but there's only so long you can go isn't there! :o

  • Is it just me that feels completely and utterly exhausted, completely lacking in motivation to do anything other than slob on the sofa, and completely uninterested in anything at all at the moment???

I can't decide if I'm tired or just depressed :o

No, it's not just you. :o

I'm blaming it on the heat. :rotfl:

He has been moaning for days - the fact that I feel sick ALL the time and can hardly stay awake hasn't softened him any. He rang earlier on his lunch break, waking me up, then called me lazy and said I should be doing housework not sleeping

The phone ringing woke squeak and he seemed pleased about that like he thought I'd have to get up if he woke the baby. It backfired because I snuggled her up with me and we both got another hours sleep, and bonus cuddles :D

I know he thinks I'm too messy but he's really getting to me at the moment. He says I don't understand how much it gets to him and that 'he can't handle it' Like I want to feel like this or something. If he does help it'll be patronising little speeches about 'how easy it is to do it as you go along' and 'oh look isn't it better, I can relax now' and I'm thinking no, it isn't it looks OCD clean now!! It just makes me want to slap him :o

I am going to bed early tonight I think, I've had enough!

    ((Hugs)) hun.

I don't think men quite appreciate how exhausting being pregnant is let alone whilst having a young baby & 3 other kids to look after.

I haven't EA. I found that the magazines were all the same after 3 issues :o Have they published it on their website?

Thanks for your support ladies, you've cheered me up no end. If he wasn't working this weekend I'd be requesting that he go and visit his sister in cornwall :rotfl:

PP thats a good idea. I'll unplug the upstairs one and put the mobile on silent. He'll think I've been up to something but I'm past caring now.

It is way too hot :(:( Those of you who are ready to pop must be really suffering :(:(
