One thing I have never tried is raspberry leaf tea. Some questions:
1) does it taste horrid?
2) where do you buy it from?
3) does it work? what does it do?
4) when do you start taking it? (I'm 31+3)Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

I've got some that tastes of warm ribena. I'll try and see what make it is. I got it from Holland & Barratt.
Is the RLT not on the suppliment list? I'm sure you can start drinking it now xMum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

Terrible that your work seem to have cut you off, did you say you were in an union - can they help at all?
I know the feeling with the tena lady - TMI coming up:D - up until 4 weeks ago when the tablets they prescribed for heartburn fixed my vomit problem I was having major wee control problems when being sick during the night to the extent I had to have a pile of towels in the bathroom ready to throw one in front of the toilet:(
I am in the union yes, and if it comes to it I'll contact the union rep direct for a grumble. It's just not on.
I'll have to remember to do my pelvic floor exercises more often .... I can't cope with incontinence on top of everything elseOlympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

1) can get it as tablets if you don't like the taste
2) any health store I believe
3) never tried it but its meant to help with contractions and your uteris (whoops sp?) returning to normal
4) from the suppliment list on the birth list
Raspberry Leaf Tea (RLT)
32-34wks: 1 cup (or 1 tablet) per day
34-36wks: 2 cups (or 2 tablets) per day
36-38wks: 3 cups (or 3 tablets) per day
38-40wks: 4 cups (or 4 tablets) per day0 -

Thank you.
I don't 'do' tablets if I can help it, hate swallowing them, yuk. The thought of a drink that tastes like warm ribena sounds much more appealing
Looks I could start taking it from Saturday thenOlympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

Vroom - congratulations
Teenie - hope baby decides to arrive before the weekend for you! Stay strong and remember that the cuddles will be worth it, hope everything goes well for you no matter how it starts.
Debs - good luck for your scan tomorrow!!
mrsspendalot - thank you for the update - hope he is able to come home soon!
Also, hope that you find the extra treatment you are getting useful and that you are able to get the right answers from everyone!!
Delain - maybe you should get your iron levels checked just so you can relax and know everything is ok?
Our scan went really well today, everything is as it should be and all measurements on target. Saw the midwife after who answered all of my questions and put my mind ar rest about a lot of things. OH was amazing as always and we both stayed team YELLOW
Hope everyone has a good evening with lots of sleep

Sounds like my first delivery which ended in ventouse. So glad he's finally here! And yay to SPD pain going .... mine went almost instantly after birth last time too, such a relief.
When I had stitches after #1 I sat on a kiddies blow up swimming ring for a few days to help with the sore bits ... it helps!
