Need to ask if I am the only one who has found themselves a bit over emotional at the royal wedding?.....and can I blame it on hormones? Usually I hate weddings and even my own bored me to tears but I don't seem to be able to stop watching it and being all teary eyed! :rotfl:0

yes the wedding made me a bit teary, I absolutely love the Royal Family:D what a FAB day for Britain

Afternoon all .... loved loved loved watching the Royal Wedding
Vroom, hope you have lost your plug!!
I'm annoyed today - ex is supposed to be having the kids all weekend from 4pm today until 4pm Sunday and for the second weekend in a row (he actually has them fortnightly, but you know what I mean) he has let me down  Why on earth agree to have them until 4pm when he only wants to have them until 11am
Don't get me wrong, I'm not bothered as such about having my kids back early, but I'm sick of not being able to rely on him to have them for the time he agrees - how can I ever plan anything???
Anyway, in a fit of hormonal temper I told him this is the last time he messes about - next time the whole arrangement stops and he can go back to the solicitor and pay the bill to renegotiate, and that way he might think a little more carefully about what he agrees to. This isn't just the last couple of visits either, this is a regular chopping and changing of his arrangements, whenever something 'better' comes along.

Vroom I am really pleased your little guy let you watch the wedding and seems to be planning his arrival now.
MrsSpendalot sorry your ex is messing around so much and I hope you didn't get too stressed out at his behaviour. On the plus side at least he is your ex and you have moved on and found somebody who actually deserves you.

Well I've had a pretty poor 24 hours. Tripped over yesterday afternoon- fell on my bum:o. Got two sore wrists too one fractured- just what you don't need with a baby imminent. Spent hours in A&E, X-rayed wearing a lead apron and dealt with by a the most nervous Junior doctor ever. "Erm, I think you should get an X-ray..... are you allowed X-rays?" Excuse me? "I'll go check"...... "I'll get you some pain killers...erm, erm... what pain killers can you have?" Good grief! I had to ask for baby to be checked out- A&E completely ignored the fact I'd fallen on my bum:mad:.
So they sent me over to fetal medicine- two scans and an hour attached to fetal monitor later- all looked fine but due to some glitch with the machine I had to go back again today to be monitored for another hour. Midwife decided to take blood to check I did not have any fetal cells in my blood as a result of fall. Jabbed me in both arms failing to get any blood  and then called in the Sister to jab me a third time. She had no trouble thank goodness:T.2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.Beautiful boys born May 2011 and October 2013
