No idea of how much weight I've put on - haven't weighed myself but have been eating a lot of rubbish.

My plan is to see what falls off in the 3 months up to 2012 and then if I'm not happy, join SW or WW. I was on WW this time last year and got under 9st for the first time in years so I know it works.

    xDx

I'm 30+4 now (), and I've put on about 1st 4lbs so far. But I hve a deep love of cakes and crisps at the moment. And I'm partial to a McDonalds too lol.

I'm 5 foot 5 and was just over 10 stone to start with. It still seems mainly bump and bo obs so far, but we'll see how the next 10 weeks go. :) I plan on doing lots of walking with the pushchair once she's here, so hopefully that'll help get any extra weight off.

I finally had physio yesterday, it was the other side causing the problem this time, and both sides of my pelvis were hypermobile, but she seems to have stabilised it again. Just have to see how I get on in the next few days.

I'm not keen on Maccy D's and neither are my kids - we are weirdo's:rotfl:
I do like KFC and there is one up the road so have had a few Zinger burgers recently - I like my spicy food! :D

OH is Sri lankan so we mostly eat spicy food and now the kids are starting to follow suit.

I really worried about losing my baby weight after #3 but he was the easiest one to shed weight with, probably because I breastfed. It dropped off. I was below my pre-pregnancy weight within about 4 weeks, and back in my pre-preg jeans within about 1 week of giving birth (I just looked like I had a boob job instead :rotfl:) I never really worried about how much weight I put on in any of my pregnancies, because it does go after.

I am, however, concerned at how big I am at the moment. I'm 27 weeks tomorrow and I weigh 13 stone already  (normally 11ish, but like being 10st 7 ideally). I have never got to 13 stone pregnant before, even at full term. I'm starting to wonder how much bigger I'm going to get!

I'm not over eating, but I'm not being careful either. If I fancy 2 Mars Bars, I'm eating them. If I only want a couple of crackers for lunch, then that's fine too and I'm not going to force a big meal down for the sake of it.

I hope no one confused my post last night about my DS1 being difficult as me moaning about my children, I was just trying to say that sometimes however much we love our children they can be really hard work. I absolutely adore my children (even on the difficult days), I feel very very lucky to have 3 wonderful, healthy children, and another one on the way. I also consider myself very lucky to be able to fall pregnant at the click of my fingers when some couples take months if not years to fall. I have moaned about SPD making my pregnancy miserable, and I'm not going to deny that it does, but it is well worth it for the reward at the end.

Bump is currently doing somersaults in there, very uncomfortable!

Just a question .... I always understood that the 3rd trimester started at 27 weeks .... but I was browsing the internet and some sites say it doesn't start until 29 weeks. What is your understanding of it???

An elephant never forgets , lol. I think its because you and Apricot are close to me due date wise. Glad it arrived and was as you thought it would be. Ive still not had a play with my buggy , my actuall frame and buggy bit and car seat is being stored at MIL's and my carrycot is being stored at my mums. I must remember and get clips for the frame and check to see what raincovers I need , Got one with the carrycot but cant remember if I have one for buggy or car seat .
Thanks to MSE for making it possible for me save to buy my new flat , yay !!

I went to Zumba until I was 12 weeks preggers. but as I was showing I thought id mention it to her and she told me I couldnt comtinue as her insurance didnt cover it:(

Ive found a new class near me, so that will be my 'me' time.

I LOVE Zumba, its so much fun but a fab work out. I hate the gym, its too boring, Zumba is an hour of dancing with great music, all thats missing is a voddie and coke.

Suppose you could always have one afterwards ;)
Sounds interesting - haven't heard of Zumba or Buggyfit.

I'm none too keen on exercise :o bit naughty really - I was thinking more wii fit balance board and jogging with the buggy.
OH brought me the board christmas 2009 - I have used it once :o kids have used it lots though!

I'm going to have to build up slowly I think. What with being so limited since being pregnant and I wasn't fit to start with. I was just starting to get my stamina built back up. The IBD took so much out of me that it was taking a while to get back to normal.

I can't do spicy food GB, in saying that I'm not a fan anyway, so it's no loss. :) It won't be featuring on any future eviction plans.

I have started my hospital bag, finally! Thought I'd better really, I've been in denial for too long. ;)
 Mummy to an amazing little girl

snap! I hate McD's the smell turns my stomach. i dont mind the odd milkshake but I hate their burgers etc. The kids arent fussed either.

I do like KFC though. and the kids like their popcorn chicken.

But I stay 30 miles from the nearest fast food outlet. So ive saved on pennies and lbs lol
