What?! Eh?! I'm bold?! Blumming hell!
No you're alright, still another day LOL!!
Grateful did anything come of those pains?
PC all I can say is ((hugs))really hope something starts happening soon and you go yourself.
Had such a rubbish nights sleep last night, my hips were just in agony paracetamol just wasn't helping it at all! I also started to get funny little pains quite low down which went on for a good few hours not sure if it was just the position bubs was in though. Luckily DD slept late this morning so never got up until 8am which was nice and at least I'm not working today, in fact I only have 3 more working days  I think I will be ready for it though as I was pretty uncomfortable yesterday .....mmmm actually that could have been the reason for the painful hips last night, sitting at my desk for too long.

Ive decided not to bother hiring one. The MW told me the hospital have them. ive managed at home the last twice and only really felt I needed one and G&A when actually in hospital.
Im hoping I can stay at home as long as poss this time, but its a 40 minute drive. Last time was a 2 minute drive and I went in at 10cm.
I dont want to stop on the road to call an ambulance lol:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Yeah it's probably not worth it for you, I'm literally 5 mins in the car so will try and stay home for as long as possible."That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0

Morning everyone
Congrats to all the new mummies - Sammy - your little girl is gorgeous
Labour vibes to the boldies and sympathies to whoever is in need!
Re the contraception thing - I've been thinking about it a lot - this baby will definately be my last and I was thinking of asking my consultant about sterilsation when I have the c section.
I definately do not want anymore children and I won't take the mini pill (having fallen pregnant on it 2 years ago) so we were using condoms previously but they aren't that reliable long term.
I'm 38 now so not sure which would suit best really?!0 -
Being cut open freaks me out so much, I really, really hope I don't need a c-section or an epidural, they are my worst fears. So that's another reason I wouldn't want to be sterilised.
Anyway I haven't completely written off further children yet, and would like the chance to try again if we decide to in a few years time.
I don't like the idea of a part of me being removed :eek:0 -

lol! - there are a lot of peeps that feel the same way as you- me personally I've had 2 sections previously so it doesn't worry me - I know what to expect.
My fear is more of the unknown - from what my sister's have told me of their natural labours I am pretty freaked out by some of the happenings there tbh.
One of my sisters was sterilised following a c section for her 4th child and it was an easy enough procedure I think - a case of while they were at it.
OH isn't keen as he feels it's too permanent but I definately do not want anymore children after this one (he knows that) - 3 is enough for me and besides I am too old!0 -
