DH is getting the snip
have you told him this?? :rotfl:
ohhh dilema time....we have a BIGG flat screen TV onyl a couple of years old sat in the celler.... we think it just needs a new **something complex** which would prob cost around £60 total (parts/ labour). Then we can use it to replace the old large one upstairs.
Trouble is DH is too lazy to sort out the repair..he has to - i don't have a clue!!. plus we have to find the £60.
I'm debating flogging it as i think it's gonna get damp in the celler but i know the upstairs one will need replacing soon and looking at ebay the price 'spare repair' TVs go for would not even cover the cost of a new TV in a few months time.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -

Mine too!!!! he suggested it first...........i wasn't going to disagree if he was volunteering :rotfl: although like i said to him, i've done my bit in carrying 3 babies and givng birth to them, breastfeeding them etc, so it's only fair he does his little share for the good of the family lol
Will prob wait till next year though as dr's aren't always keen to do it if you're under 30, and dh is only 29 -so happy 30th darling......have the snip lol0 -

I'd get it repaired if it's only going to cost £60. 2nd hand TV's go for naff all really, then you have eBay fees on top.
I certainly wouldn't put it in the cellar, it will defo get damp, and that doesn't mix well with electrics0 -

OH moaned enough when the cat got done - don't think he would accept it for himself too!
Anyway I want another one....is it normal to be broody when you are already cooking one?[/QUOTE]
Yes probably when your carrying your first :rotfl:only joking!
Think some women are broodier (is that even a word?!!) than others.
I can only remember actually feeling broody once but this is my third so perhaps I'm not the best person to ask.0 -
I dont think my OH would go for the snip. He hates the thought of it. I dont blame him, but we will sit and have a chat cos 3 is definently enough.
As much as I quite like being pregnant and I love my kids, we just couldnt afford more and I feel it would be irresponsible as his job isnt safe. Three is about the limit to what we can stretch the finances to.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
All this talk of contraception has got me thinking about the matter too. I was planning on getting the implant after the baby was born simply because I've had a few friends use that and they prefer it to the pill because of the convenience of not having to remember to take it every day. I came off the pill early last year basically because no matter what brand of the combined bill I tried it (too much information alert!) made me bleed between periods and after sex.
Would you ladies recommend the implant? I'll have to do a bit more research on it and speak to my doctor about the pro's and con's but i think that's what i'm leaning towards. Either that or a chastity belt! Hahaha!0 -
well thats £15 in the TV fund digital.... just sold a buggy we won't ever use within 20 mins of advertising it :j:jloves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0

The longer it is the more apprehensive I am, 2 weeks ago I was up for it, now I'm considering an epidural  even with my morbid fear of needles.AKA: PC
