I am broken... My back is snapped, my pelvis is unscrewed and my hips are flippy-floppy.. and I don't think I am even 12 weeks yet.. What am I going to be like come 20 weeks if I am struggling this much now *weep wail*

    Tomorrow.. I am doing nothing...

No hanging out of washing.. even though OH carries the baskets for me
No loading the DW.. I shall delegate to the minions
No laundry folding.. it can all sit in an unfolded mound.
No lugging fat baby girls about.. she may not yet be 8 months but she is a heifer! (99th centile)

I shall sit... and do nuffink! well.. I might stuff my face all day :D

No word through from physio yet.. shouldn't be long though the mw said 4 weeks 2 weeks ago... scan Tuesday .. and I have found almost confort in some slobby matenity combats... comfeeeeeeeee-ish...

Now.. jumpers for round people... where do you get them from? I have 1 hoody from mothercare when pg with Squeak which is very snug.. and 3 cardies that i can wear.. but I want a couple of warm thick snuggly jumpers.. where has some? Ones that feel like a dressing gown.. :D

not sure if it is any help at all Pigpen but I bought some of the longer line woolen jumpers from new look in the next size up from my usual and they do the job nicely :D added bonus is that they are all reduced to clear to make way for summer stock so got them for much cheapness!;)

Hello, can I join you all?

I'm 26 weeks pregnant with our first baby, who is kicking away as I type this.

Unfortunately due to SPD I'm signed off work and won't be going back now until after my mat leave. I'm a nurse, and just can't move around the way I used to.

Because the original plan had been for me to try and work overtime and save some money up I'm now saving money wherever possible. OH has had to sacrifice the movie channels, I discovered that our gas bill was based on an estimate that was way over our actual reading etc, but I'm desperate for any more tips. I've also just ordered 124 Pampers from amazon for £11.11, which is my biggest tip for the top at the moment!!

So....hello, and nice to meet you all. :)

Snap, and snap! I'm 26 + 3 with #4 and have been signed off with SPD since 18+3, and I'm not going back til after mat leave. It's hard isn't it.

It's so frustrating!!! Especially as I'm quite isolated, so I feel like I spend hours on my own, creeping round the house slowly or occasionally making it to tesco!!

Yep, very lonely, boring and depressing .... :(

Edit: There are a few of us suffering SPD on here, so at least we can offer each other some moral support if nothing else xx

hi Emma :D I am new as well. Not sure if it any help to anybody but I saw on the kiddicare site earlier that they have the loola up puschair and carrycot on special offer just now. I dont know if it is a good puschchair or not but it seems to be popular and a good price too.

    Awwww .... sorry :o

I *only* had it from 30 weeks last time, so imagine my horror at feeling the niggles at 17 weeks :( this time. I only managed to battle on for a week before I broke down in tears at work and had to come home. Not how I imagined spending the majority of my pregnancy at all. It has got better overall since I've been off sick, because I'm able to rest. I guess the more you can rest, the better, which isn't going to be easy with a baby :o Hope you get some physio soon ... I have crutches and a belt finally! (and a wheelchair in the kitchen...)
