Oh and sorry to hog the thread, AGES ago someone (sorry too long ago to remember who it was!) suggested a 'daddy to be' box, just thought I'd post what I've bought to put in my DH's box (Thanks to the ladies on FB who helped out with suggestions!)

I'll pop a red bull or similar in there too.

I've put it in one of the huggies starter kit boxes and wrapped it in 'I love my daddy' wrapping paper. I'm really hoping that if things go to plan, I can call him from the birthing unit on his first night at home and he'll have a nice surprise-hopefully!:)

Not much cervix progress at midwife this pm. She said the hospital couldn't induce me til Wed (the usual 12 days would make it Mon). That is fine with me, I really really really don't want it.

She said she'd made me an appointment on Wed, and I burst into tears pretty quickly. Once she saw that I hated that idea, she was understanding and didn't try to push me towards it. I now have an appointment with my regular midwife on Tues to discuss options.

The waiting continues...

We are all creeping up! Exactly a month till due date for me eek!

I couldn't get comfy in bed so gave up and am now watching Supernanny and praying my kids don't turn out like that lol.

Waterbaby - hope baby gets a move on for you so you don't need an induction.

Does anyone know where the 'list' of stuff you actually need for a baby is? I've read it before but now I can't find!

I have no clothes for baby yet as I haven't a clue what to get. <insert naive first time mum icon>. I don't want to get all the stuff mothercare reckon you need (more like need to sell for their profit margin) but at this rate my baby will be naked :rotfl:
