Hi Guys - I've had Roxburghe on today wanting to send me photo's of my incident at Luton nearly a year ago !

This is after 4 months of no contact !

Presume I'm well within my rights to ignore this ? or should I reply asking them to politely go away ?!

Did they really call you just to ask if you want to see photos? Or was it to say "we demand lots of money, and we have proof that you broke our rules, so there"? If they want to send photos, then that's up to them. You can, and should still ignore them completely.

If the images are good enough, and you are selling your car they might be handy to have ;) of course you should ignore roxburghe and graham white who are the same company, they have never been to court at all, perhaps you could give them this link in an email to help them ?

Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

You're incident at Luton Airport? Or do they mean a car registered to you in an incident at Luton Airport? Either way ignore the muppets!

There are loads of threads to be found if you search this sub-forum for 'Roxburghe phone calls'.

Basically let them send you pretty pics of your car. Nice!

If they call again, ask them to 'thank that sad old ex-banker Steve Dargonne' (their Manager) but point out that you 'won't be paying as the alleged debt is denied. Nice to have the pictures though but let that be an end to this harassment or I will report your tactics to the Office of Fair Trading who already have their beady eye on Roxburghe.'

    Phone down.

    Dear All

Just received an £80 fine from APOCA at Luton Airport. Should I write to them advising I will not be paying the fine or simply ignore the letter.

From reading above, I am sure I will receive threatening letters/debt recovery letters. I assume these should also be ignored.

At what stage will they stop sending letters?

    Many thanks.

Just ignore. It's not a FINE, it's an unenforceable invoice.

They will take longer to clear off if you contact them, as that sends the message that you took their fake ticket seriously. If you ignore them they have no option but to go away as they won't know who was driving, for a kick off.

After a few months it all stops once you receive the final Graham White letter (looks like a firm of Solicitors but it's actually sent by Roxburghe still).

The whole letter cahin is viewable in pictures, in our second to top sticky thread called 'PPC letters & threats' which also has a must-see explanatory Watchdog clip, featuring a real solicitor. Have a look now!

See my signature if unsure how to get off this random old thread you happened across, and onto the forum of current threads. Just one click on any forum takes you back to the current thread list, easy, never just read the first random thread you find and assume that's it, always check the current board and new threads, especially explanatory stickies at the top like the one I mentioned.

    You dont do anything

    it could grow to £10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

And you would still ignore it completely

You will receive the standard letters. See the Stickies

Now if you do want to give your money away, i am after a new stri:)mmer on Ebay so you can make me a paypal payment instead if you want:)
