    Hi Mags30 :)
I was just having a look around and had a quick look at your first page :) I wanted to thank you for posting the link to the happiness project - it looks fab and I look forward to looking at it further :)
Thank you once again and good luck with your diary and the future :)

Thanks Jenny :A Take a look in the self-help section of a bookshop and you should be able to find a copy. Have a look for "living oprah" as well, it's a similar style project about an ordinary lady attempting to do everything Oprah suggests for a year. Happy reading x

Saw One Day at the cinema today :) Enjoyed it but not quite as much as the book. I didn't cry but I did when I read the book. Wouldn't mind my very own Dexter ;)

@shoegal Are you still reading the book?

I've finished it - liked it but didn't love it! :p

I got €50 tonight for attending a focus group to talk about grocery shopping and Lidl and Aldi in particular. I'd do this every night if I was invited to, it's such easy money.

On Thursday I took €100 out at the ATM.
    • €20 petrol (not even nearly enough, tank only close to half full)
    • €2 for parking
    • €22.99 mini oven from Aldi (Planned purchase-I think I'll use this a lot, I already have meals and cakes baked in my head with it :D)
    • €7.95 for a Bumble and Bumble hair shine spray http://www.hqhair.com/bumble-and-bumble-bb-shine/10303523.html (Impulse purchase, it was reduced to clearance RRP €39.50 couldn't resist :wall: but I like it so not sorry I bought it)
    • The above add up to €52.94 which seems good enough value to me. Right now there is €5.14 in my purse which leaves €41.92 unaccounted for.
    • While I don't know exactly how this was spent I bought lots of food, coffee shop coffees and newspapers.
    • I used coupons for the groceries and bought the special offer branded items so I should have enough food until next Thursday.
I was hoping to make the €100 last a little longer but this mini accounting exercise has been quite useful. Any thoughts on my spending positive or negative more than welcome :)

A while ago I mentioned a pair of Dune shoes I liked but you guys all prefered the t-bar ones which I bought instead. I've just bought the other pair for free (if that makes any sense) using my Amazon vouchers :T
Reduced from £85 to €33.01 which is approx €40 I think. I've tried them on in Debenhams ages ago. They aren't particularly fancy, but they are very neutral and extremely good value. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dune-Womens-Slingback-S11L-Scs0058/dp/B004GGUGT4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1315050594&sr=8-1

Must get back to Toluna next week and start replinishing my stock of Amazon vouchers.

Have just painted my nails with a beauty bloggers favourite Sally Hansen complete salon manicure in "Commander in Chic". It's a taupe/mushroom colour and is supposed to last up to 10 days. Here's hoping :)
