Hi guys and thanks so much for thinking of me.

I never intentionally left MSE but I was logging in less and less and after a while not at all. Then when you've fallen behind on the threads you were following catching up seems overwhelming and it gets put off for a bit longer. But I've decided I need to be here again so will start a new diary for 2013 soon and update my signature, etc.

I've not been running up more debt in my absence but I've struggled quite a bit with finances and other things in the last year. I'm sure some of you will have noticed the financial problems Ireland is having on the news and in the papers.

There are constant tax and price increases and it's getting more and more difficult to keep on top of bills. My online time recently has been spent on Irish forums and twitter where there is so much negativity so I've decided to get back here where there is a more positive and hopeful vibe about the place.

I've been checking up on my old friends on here, so happy to find @polesalot, @buffythedebtslayer and @LulaHula are now debt free :A
