I :heart2: some of the new diaries and projects that have started here since Easter. Kerry78's renovate me project, lionheartedgirl (I think I know who she used to be) LittleBoots new fashion and appearance plans and the new Memorygirl Matrix thread but that moves so fast I find it very difficult to keep up.

Thank you! As I'm so new to diarying (is that a word) it's nice to hear I'm doing ok!

My hair is driving me nutty at the moment but It's not its fault to be fair. I have dermatitis on my scalp and I'm allergic to a lot of shampoos and it's really oily and a lot of shampoos are too heavy. The search to find the holy grail continues!:)

Onepoll is annoying me! Half the time I can't even log in. Then when I did get in I was 3/4 way through a poll and it told me it was finished! Will keep checking in but I need to find a few more surveys!

Hi doll, thought of you last night as I was rattling through my mysurvey surveys. I only really do a couple of sites as I find it takes too long otherwise but thats just me! Anyway got £6 in the fund just now. May get something from Amazon or might use the cash.

P.S I am always fabulous! Had a £17 haircut today at a local training academy and its great. Got a £50 clothes budget this month as I need some summery work stuff and loving my Matalan maxi today. Mummy bought me it and wore it with my wee denim jacket from work. Must read Kerrys diary now (after a bit of tidying!)

I want a maxi!! Thats one of my goals. I found a lovely one last year and for some reason didnt buy it. It was from Jane Norman and I regret it everyday! Always have a look for it in their shops/website/ebay etc.

Onepoll does get very slow sometimes but it's rather addictive once you get into it, I'm on £28.25 now.

Last nights film was "The Changeling" with Angelina Jolie. (RTE midweek movie rather than screenclick this time). Quick synopsis: A child goes missing. 5 months later the police return a child to the mother except it's not her child. The police don't believe her when she says he's not her child. They try to convince her the child has changed a lot in the months he was missing. The mother ends up being sectioned in a psychiatric unit, but a long court case later she turns out to have been right.

I think the films are just a distraction activity, they occupy my mind for a few hours and keep me from being depressed/worrying about things.

Weighed myself at Boots today and I'm NOT happy.

    Weight: 10st 7 lbs or 66.8 kg
BMI: 24.2 (more than 25 is overweight and 24.2 is close to that)
Body fat: 28.5 (this is "good" but for "excellent" you need to be lower than 26.8)

I don't weigh myself very often and I don't like being above 10st, ideally I'd like to be 9 and a half stone.

Booked my free trial at Curves. Don't think I'd sign up for it though, much more likely to pay for powerplate. (That's if I had any spare cash to pay for any of them). The free trial is next Wednesday so will report back then.

Had a mystery shopping lunch at subway, really wanted to go somewhere nicer but today was the deadline for the job.

Dropped into Debenhams with my Beauty club email and collected some very generous skincare samples from Benefit and some lipstick samples from Estee Lauder. That cheered me up a bit.

So looking forward to the Royal Wedding tomorrow.

Don't talk about Maxis!!!! I'm only 5"2 so I usually don't even bother trying them on. I was wandering round topshop today and saw a beautiful one. Got as far as trying it on and it was FAB on, except for the top part. It's really "skimpy" and it really doesn't work with my boobs. This one http://www.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=0&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=33057&storeId=12556&productId=2397174&langId=-1&sort_field=Relevance&categoryId=208523&parent_categoryId=203984&pageSize=20&refinements=category~[209719|208523]&noOfRefinements=1

It looks much brighter and nicer in "person".

What time is the wedding? I know "less important" guests have to start turning up bout 8.30 so I'll see some of that but I'll miss from 10am to bout 12pm.

You're more than welcome. Fancy a cup of tea? And how about a custard cream??

:rotfl:at me being the inspiration for surveys. There are people on the "up your income" board who seem to do little else but surveys and they take it VERY seriously.

We know you are always fabulous :T I find it really difficult to stay fabulous on such a tight budget (hence the ongoing pursuit of free stuff and bargains). Too many bills to pay on my own :(. Have you signed up for Groupon by the way? They often have hairdresser offers and other fabulous things :)

Maybe it'll turn up on this years sale rails, lots of places bring out old stock for sales. Until then keep looking and find another one you like :)

That dress is gorgeous, it does look really low at the front though, actually that's the reason I've never worn a French Connection maxi dress I have. @Souk how do you solve that problem? Vest tops don't really work under maxi dresses :undecided

Kate is leaving the hotel for Westminister Abbey around 10.30, wedding starts at 11 unless she's late, the balcony kiss isn't until after 1 pm I think.

Bet Amy Huberman will look amazing as usual. @Kerry will know she is but for everyone else she's an actress/chick-lit author and wife of Irish rugby captain Brian O'Driscoll. He can't go because he's busy with rugby so she's going without him :T
