Engine Blown What to do??

just looked again and its definately all the cogs/wheels connected to the belt on the drivers side of the engine. There is a large piece of metal that almost looks jammed against the wheels/cogs

New /replacement engine? well , you need to do the sums, but please factor in if some smartass of a scrappy chap has you over, and you buy a dork???, needs condisering methinks
