It's not the Uk one but the American Biggest Loser. I prefer it to the Uk one as the changes are much more dramatic.
Thanks. Which channel is this on? I'd like to watchSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Well I'm reporting an STS this week, sorry team! Not too happy about it, but I have slacked off a bit over the last few days so shouldn't be too suprised by it.
I'm going to try and get back in the Everest game today, I'm going to aim for 60 sets a day, which was about what I was doing last week. How is everyone else getting on with the challenge?0 -
Is there a specific day for weigh-in? I weighed myself last Friday so was hoping to do it every Friday but if Fred has to get the chart done by a certain day, I could shift my weigh in. ThanksSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES

Well done betty on that bike ride! Impressive!0 -
Better put me down as STS again, Fred.
I am really not going anywhere. After dipping briefly into the 71s a couple of weeks ago, I'm now still bouncing around in the 72s. Was 72.5 kg this morning.
The only thing I can think of, that I might be doing wrong, is not drinking enough water. Apparently this can make a huge difference. The liver needs water in order to metabolise fat - not enough water drunk, the liver can't do its job properly.
