Agggghhhhh, I have spent the last week on weight watchers and have my first weigh in tonight and I am pooping my pants (I guess that is one way to lose weight!!), I just don't feel that I have lost anything.... the count down begins, only eight hours to go.0

If you've followed the plan properly and written everything down there's NO WAY it won't have made an impact on your weight! Stop panicking, you're going to be finePaying off CC in 2011 £2100/£1692

STGTG - Thank you, I have written everything down, and also not gone over my points allowance for the week (did not even use any of my weekly points, just stayed within my daily allowance). I eaten more healthily than usual, I just hope it is enough....0

Hi Victory it is so nice to hear from you like others on here I was a little worried that you had not been on. I'm sorry for the continued stresses your family are putting you through. I would love to say something to help but words fail me, I would have hoped your brothers and sister would have stood up to this man on your behalf. Just try and keep strong.
Well I have just got back from my first c25K run/walkonly injury is a blister on the back of my right heel. I am very suprised that I managed to run at all but I did it YAY ME :j Missy would have been so proud (I do miss her)
Betty - Victory's idea of planning backwards makes a lot of sense if evenings are a problem. I think I might try that a little too as have found myself hungry in the evenings lately.
PrincessJelly - Good luck for tonight I have my fingers crossed for some good numbers for you
Good luck with the Everest challenge today people (I think my numbers might be a little below today due to my run)Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
Need to loose 25lb / 3lb lost so far0 -
It's a loss of 3.8lbs for me this week which is 3lbs of holiday gain and a bit more. Actually my holiday gain was more but I only declared it on Wednesday morning after I had lost some of it! I am now back below my pre-Christmas weight. Now I just need to try to lose for the next weeks rather than keep gaining and re-losing the same few pounds!0

I am proud!!! :T:T And also very happy that you gave me a mention!:D KEEP GOING with the running, I have no idea about how c25K works but hopefully it'll suit you (and if not, try another approach). WELL DONE, the beginning is the hardest part.
Hi everyone - I still read here from time to time but my posts about struggling to maintain last year were quite honestly boring myself, let alone anyone else. So I tend to stick to the exercise thread (Matryoshka come back, I miss you there!)
Luckily although my weight went up a bit during 2010, I maintained my dress size (can't afford not to!) and now thank goodness I am finally losing a bit - 2kg off since the new year.
I'm almost halfway through my challenge to run 1,000 miles in 12 months, and last week I ran my furthest ever in a week, 60km. This week I'm going for 65km! I've come a long way since my jogs around "wii island"& speaking of challenges, good luck all you Everest climbers!
Seren - nice to see you back! Well done for sticking with it to everyone who's still around from the older threads when I joined, BB, Beanie, Vix, Victory (sorry about your troubles Victory), efrieze and anyone else who remembers me! Fred I am impressed with your efficiency doing all those charts!0 -
