I do worry that you just can not break your old habits and will return to type once your fiscal stimulus is gone

Thanks for the charts Fred, can you please add me to the 5lb a month challenge, I forgot to ask you last week.
Well I'm at home for most of the day today so I'm aiming for 100 sets of stairs today - eek! On number 22 now so making a good start.0 -
Thanks for the charts fred

thanks eric, but I realised a long time ago that a low carb diet is not for me - I tried a few and honestly felt the worst that I ever have felt in my life. Then when I tried SW I realised I dont have to give up carbs to lose weight, so I'm sticking with that mindset.
With regards to the chicken - it was leftovers stripped from a carcass - so no skin or fat anyway.
the other reason I tend to stick to high carb and low fat (rather than vice versa) is that my IBS is triggered by fat and it makes me ill. I tend to allow myself good fats (extra virgin olive oil, oily fish, nuts and seeds, etc) but try to avoid fats in meaty and creamy food as it gives me stomach cramps

Thanks, I am doing the stepper most days now but Davina is still making an appearance - planning on doing the DVD on the days that I'm not stepping.
Another 1000 feet clocked today. Going to take a break from the stepper till after the weekend now and do some Davina tomorow. then shopping on sat (that's cardio right?!
) and a bike ride on sunday

Fred - Sorry, but my physio has banned me from the Everest challenge
he has advised me to take up cycling until my back is sorted so please can you take me off the challenge spreadsheet? Could you add me to the 5lb in March one though?
I had my first weigh in at WW on Tuesday evening. I am even heavier than I thought, following a back problem, Christmas and holiday indulgences! Will post my loss (fingers crossed) next Tuesday.0 -
